One star is too much for this company. I have received nothing from them despite ordering months ago. One bra came that was oversized. I returned it....and now nothing! They owe me a refund which they are ignoring.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SHECURVE- SCAMMER, FALSE ADVERTISING, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RETURN. Crappy cheap bad fitting bra, ordered 7-11 and came 8/1- after the wedding. What's worse is there is no way to return. I've emailed 3 times and they responded with "oh, you say you didn't receive it? look harder for it "Which is not what I had emailed them, I emailed that I needed to return because it came too late. NOW THEY ARE JUST IGNORING MY EMAILS SO THAT IT WILL BE PAST 30 days.

Absolutely terrible company. I ordered 3 bathing suits and 1 bra on JUNE 29 and NEVER received my order! I have been fighting with them for over a month to give me my money back since my product never even shipped yet 2 months later. Do NOT order from them. Terrible customer service. I am new to Shecurve. I recently ordered two bras When received they ran a little on the smaller size.
I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful with my issue and offered to exchange no questions asked.

It looks like the last review was recent on this site. but I tell you that this company is still ridiculous and still operational. I bought $90 worth of shapewear and never received it. I have been dealing with them back-and-forth from April 20th to the end of August. It’s like throwing money away in the wind. I was told over and over again that it had not been delivered but I needed to re-verify my address; contact the shipper and then finally when I told him I was going to contact Apple to dispute the transaction. They told me that they would give me 20% off a future purchase, however they do not Replace or Refund anything.
To add insult to injury, I contacted Apple and they told me that they do not dispute with any merchant over undelivered merchandise, this is through their third-party processor Greendot bank, which seems to me another bogus company however they are a US institution. So I’m extremely unhappy with Apple Pay as well.
Don’t ever buy anything that you’re not dealing with a known merchant through Apple Pay because you will not get your money back. I 100% believe that this Shecurve company knows that and when they get an Apple Pay client all they have to do is not send you your product and pad their pockets!
You would think that with relations between the United States and the UK this would not be the issue… they also show on their website that they operate out of the state of Colorado. Completely bogus, a complete scam, do not buy!

Everything, order itself, communication, response itself, response time. Refund process. Every piece of the interaction was horrible and a total waste of money and time.
It took over a month!
It took over a month, with no updates to receive the cheapest material I have ever seen. I was definitely expecting a soft cotton flowy material. It is not, it is stiff hard see thru thin material. And they tried to bribe me with a $30.00 voucher to come on here and lie and give them 5 stars. Get somebody else to do it, not I said the cat! Will definitely not recommend or order again.

I ordered a bra in a size XL. It was supposed to fit a 40 DDD. It was way too small. The company is sending a 3X. Hopefully it fits.

This company seems to be a scam!
I placed an order in July of 2025.
I was informed I would receive my merchandise by July 31, 2025 . I waited & waited, the merchandise never came. I reached out to SheCurve, via email, the only option. I was told it was a “Special Order” & it needs additional time. This wasn’t a Special Order!! They do supply you with a tracking number to be inputted into a system, when I did this, it can back incorrect number.
I attempted four time additional & it all came back with the same reply as I earlier stated.
At this point, over a month later, I opened a dispute with my Credit Card Co. . My banking establishment issued a credit to me.
They had to reach out to She Curve.
She Curves response was that I received the merchandise. My bank was going to charge my card back .
I HAVEN’T Received my order & it’s Aug. 22, 2025.
I responded to my bank , stating what I wrote above via a letter. I asked for Proof of my signature & a picture of where it was delivered.
This company seems to be a SCAM! BEWARE!!!!

I would not recommend this company for anything. I ordered something a month ago and it still hasnt shipped. All i kept saying is be patient be patient. When i finally got an email saying it shipped, They gave me a tracking no that was invalid. Never again, this company needs shut down but since it wont. People need to stay away.

This company is such a scam. I sent a request for a return refund because the product did not fit in the size that I wear and did not offer the support that I was looking for.
I have been in contact with them for up to a month requesting a return refund and I was awarded $25 and 20% off their site, but I never received the money I went through affirm platform for the payments and I’ve been in contact with them and now I’m not getting money from shecurve not due necessarily to the affirm platform. The company is a scam -shecurve is not a reputable or trustworthy company

REVISED: I must retract my initial review. My items came in today. The dresses are average, not bad. Just thin. It took nearly a month so I probably will not order from here again. While I do apologize for the poor review, the company must do better with shipping, although they did let me know it was backordered. Should you or should you not purchase from this company, would be solely up to you. There are still customers that did not get their products, so. Thankfully, for me, I did not have to contact my bank.
SCAMMERS!!! I placed an order for two summer dresses over a month ago and when I questioned where they were, their response was that it was on back order. Then I received an email stating it was on its way in 3-5 days. Well on its way has become almost two weeks. These scam companies are getting very strategic. They have someone or a few people who they send the actual items to and have them do videos to sell, only to scam everyone else. I’m pissed off. This is company number two within the month I’ve been scammed by. If it’s not a company I’ve not previously purchased from or have proof that someone else has had a good experience, I will not longer make a purchase. I’m done!!! I did look to see where the company was located and it said in the US which I know now that that was a lie

If I could give a 0, I would! Worst experience of online shopping I’ve ever had. Tried to track my order after two weeks. No tracking number available. Reached out to “customer service” and they said it was in transit and would be updated the next day. Checked the next day and reaching showed delivered! Immediately reached back out to let them know I never received it and wanted a refund, just to be told they don’t offer refunds! I’ve been waiting about a month but, still no product. The tracking was changed to “in transit” because of a “system glitch” but still no tracking number. Sent another email 2 days ago and still no response. At this point, it seems as though I’ve just thrown money away. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with SheCurve!!! You will be extremely disappointed!!
Food is decent but not worth the rude service.
We visited this place 3 times…. And promise it will be the last.
I am not one to leave reviews but we were so bothered by the repeated bad service I just had to. Coffee and food was an average but decent enough. What was brutal was the service. I have worked in the service industry and this was terrible. The young lady that served us at the till each day with the scowl on her face was brutal and anything you asked seemed like a chore. Definitely did not make us feel great to be there, more of a nuisance.
Some of the other girls were better, unfortunate for them they will not be sharing in on any tips thanks to this spoiled brat serving us.
Good service and a friendly smile should not be so hard. If I owned this place I would be having some words with her.
