This is 100 percent a SCAM. 2 weeks after I placed the order I finally got someone to respond saying my order would ship 3 to 5 days after I placed the order... when they finally gave me a tracking number it had to many number for it to be a actual tracking number. I tried deleting a number and there was no package. I ended up disputing the charges with my bank. The bank said they had gotten a tracking number and it said it was sent and if I didn't receive it in a few days they would take care of it...it never came...

I ordered two items from them that didn’t fit. They have a 100% money guarantee on their website. I spent over $80. After literal months of trying to get my money back they only said they can give me $40 back. I still haven’t received the money. This took months of me pestering them. DO NOT BUY if I could give negative stars I would.

I ordered $187 Worth of swim suits. When they got here 48 DAYS LATER they were all sewn horribly and lopsided and wrong. They were not the right size. I contacted them immediately to get a return label and that is when they started negotiating with me. "$25" credit. "40 dollars on credit" and "keep the clothes". These people are mercenaries and this business is not legitimate. I had to send 15 emails and argue to get the return address in Hong Kong. I am going to have to pay for the shipping and based on these other reviews, I will probably never see my money. Scam. Do not order from here.

Too bad there is not a zero. In ordered a bra and was charged for it. It’s been over 3 weeks and when I inquire via chat I’m told it’s in the mail and given an order number. Within days I received a text saying my email and order number are not recognized. The customer service is brutal. Don’t order from this company.

Attention ladies. Please do not order from this company. It took a long time to receive my items after I made several email complaints to customer service. After finally receiving items the wrong size was sent. I wanted to return for full refund. That is impossible!!! Finally after several complaints I am suppose to receive only half of what I spent. I will never purchase from this company again. There advertising may look good but that is all. I sure wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing because it would have saved me time, money, and aggravation.

This business is a scam. I ordered two products and received an email stating that it had bene shipped with no tracking number. It’s been two weeks and nothing has arrived. I have sent multiple emails to the support address with no response. Don’t waste your money or time.

Buyer beware:
I received a strapless bra that was way too big and when I asked to exchange for the correct size, they said returns to Hong Kong were not ideal, they only offered:

1. A 20% off coupon for your next purchase with us , or
2. A partial refund of $10 USD issued directly to your original payment method.

I spent $48 on the bra I cannot wear. Customer service is very poor.

I ordered bra's and cancelled them a few hours later this was June 4th and now 20 days later still no refund. This company seems to not have any urgency.Please don't waste your money on this product, they take your money really fast and then tell you 5 to 7 days for a refund and nothing. Lame ! They will get back to you but will not do what they say.

Yes, I bought a bra but I got the wrong size and I been trying to comunícate with them and I have no answer. I don't want the refund I just want to get the right size. It looks like I lost my money and now I can't use the bra because it's no my size.

Scam! Ordered two bras on June 2. Got a shipping confirmation for one of them ten days later on June 12, but no tracking info. It’s now June 23, and I haven’t received either item. Customer support? Completely unresponsive. What a joke.

The bathing suit it purchased was cheaply made and offered none of the support it advertised. When I tried to return it they said refunds to Hong Kong were too difficult and offered me a 20% discount on a $50 suit.

My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. I ordered never received any notification about delivery time even though I paid extra for faster delivery. Then I had to go through a 3rd party company for them to message me back.
After they gave me a delivery date of almost a month out.i tried to cancel then I was told it was delivered that same day.
What a complete waste of money. Been a week and still no package. Asked for a refund and that was ignored. They only message me back when the 3rd party company intervenes.

Horrible, and fraudulent. Cheap chinese garbage; and does not honor their own refund policy. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY

Company is a scam. They don’t follow return policy. They offered partial refund then ignored me when I said no. Don’t order.

This company does not ship products. They are scammers. They don’t provide tracking numbers. This Chinese company steals from hard working Americans. They never shipped item. They create tracking numbers from ChatGPT and pretend to have shipped an order.

I wish I could give it a zero star rating. After 11 days from my purchase and them taking my $81.60, I still haven't received my order. Ths story keeps changing. When I go to their site and put in my order number, it tells me there is no such order!

I bought 2 minimizer bras and they are AMAZING! I have a large chest 40E and they lift me up and make my clothes look soooo much better! I have FINALLY FOUND MY LIFETIME BRA! I couldn’t be happier!! Ordered two swimsuits. So super thin and cheap feeling. Reached out to the company and after several tries to get a refund (which they simply refused to do) I finally agreed to a $20 credit. DO NOT BUY FEOM HERE. CROOKS and/or they don't stand behind their product not honor the return policy!!!

I ordered 3 items. Someone delivered the package, took a picture of it on my porch and I would assume took it with them because I never got the package. All my other orders came from different places with no problem but this one somehow I didn't get. Went back and forth with them via email to no avail. They offered me a $20 partial refund and a $20 voucher that I would never use because why would I order from here ever again. I don't know if it's them or the delivery service that they use but somebody is a crook. Never again!
