Worst customer service no refunds do not order off this site or any sites advertised on Facebook... I also ordered of fewlingirl and it ran way short and they make u pay to pack and return and they want me to send pictures and all this before sending it back and then I don't even know if I send it back if I'll actually even get a refund. Terrible scams! Facebook should be held accountable!

Never received confirmation an order number or tracking but, my payment was taken. Apple Pay denied my refund because SheCurve stated my order has shipped. I’ve emailed them twice with no reply and their live chat was deleted. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

Long wait for order to arrive. Sent 3 queries to customer service all remain unanswered!

Finally received tracking info (coming for Wuhan)

When product arrived it was not in packaging and had no tags!!! For all I know it could have been 2nd hand worn by someone else.

I placed an order on 12.31.24 and still have not received it. I got an email 2 days ago saying I did receive it on 01.19.25 and they have my signature. That is not true. I went on their website TODAY, 02.20.25, and the order shows "preparing to ship". Also, I ordered fleece tights! Why would anyone have to sign for 2 pair of tights. The order was just under $47.00 and at this point, I just want an immediate refund for order # 647165. I have a video recording on my phone that shows today's date on the phone and the status of the order as not haven shipped because it's still being prepared. They lied and the fact that I can check it on their website and prove that they are lying is diabolical. I will never shop SHECURVE again. I'm prepared to upload the video proving they are lying on themselves and me, Just tell me where to upload the video. I never received anything, signed for anything and I DARE SHECURVE to produce my signature. That's a lawsuit of forgery that you don't want. Do better SHECURVE.

I ordered something a month ago and still no tracking number. I have emailed them twice with NO response. I will NEVER EVER order from them again. I wish I had read these reviews first. If your interested, DON'T. That is my recommendation!!!!

I ordered 3 shapewears a month ago. I haven't received them, nor a tracking number. I've emailed them 4 times! No replies. Their address is SUPPOSEDLY in the USA where I live. So it shouldn't take this long. And if they're REALLY LEGIT, I should have gotten replies from my emails. If they ARE legit, their customer service is phucked! I suggest NO ONE PURCHASES from them! Don't lose your money too.

Terrible sizing - instructions are incorrect.
Completely false advertisement about their bras.
No customer support either. They offered me a $25 voucher to spend on their site for two bras that do not fit and I spend well over $160.

My order never arrived to destination.
I tried to contact them no response.
Very bad customer service. Never buy from them, scammers

Ordered on 8th January 2025 (putting the year down in case I'm still waiting next year!)
Emailed for an update 3 weeks later, finally received tracking information a few days later but still waiting for the bathers on 14/2/25.
Let's hope the item is worth it but it may well be winter by the time it arrives at this rate.

Never trust them no response from anyone at all just take your money and never deliver bunch of crooks .

Placed an order and received confirmation, 3 -5 days delivery, was advised confirmation of despatch, after 5 days I emailed asking for information on when the item would be despatched, the reply was the item is currently out of stock and to click the link and choose an alternative or refund , I would have considered waiting if they had had the decency to advise it was out of stock , but after receiving a confirmation I was expecting delivery, false advertisements and looking at the reviews not many good ones

Shecurve took my money and never shipped my items. I tried to cancel for a refund and never heard from them.

Very misleading advertisement. I ordered fleece tights in tan and bronze. Both tights are off black and no way close to the color advertised. I do not recommend this company. I wish I had read the reviews on this website before ordering. I have escalated my claim with PayPal for a full refund. Don't waste your time or money.
UPDATE 2-24-2024: SheCurve offered me a $20 partial refund and a $10 credit to use on their website. Yeah right, as if I would ever do business with them again. They stated they would send me a warehouse address close to me to teturn the items. They never did, instead they provided PayPal with a return address in Hong Kong. It would cost me $68 just to return items totaling $39.99. I feel as though I am being coerced in keeping the merchandise. I contacted PayPal to explain this unfair situation and they issued me a credit via a voucher for use on the PayPal website. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Items took 6 weeks to arrive. When I contacted them for a return they offered a partial refund and a coupon for future use. I advised them I want to return the items for a full refund and they have yet to respond with the return instructions. Horrible experience with this company.

This company is a scam ! Communication is terrible .
I ordered some items I never got the products after 3 months .

Extremely poor customer service!! I ordered them Dec 4 2024 and by Feb 11 2025 had still not received a shipping confirmation..I tried asking for a refund but they kept saying my order was about to be shipped. I finally opened a dispute twice with my card and finally they sent me shipping confirmation..I haven’t received the package yet so I don’t know what the product is like yet! Do not buy unless you want to wait months for your package

Placed an order on Jan. 27 that has not shipped yet. I’ve emailed customer support 2X and tried the online chat (only to be notified it was temporarily shut down due to the volume of questions being asked) and still have not had a reply from SheCurve. Very frustrating!!

I placed my order in November. Didn’t receive it until January. Totally disappointed with the product. Not true to size nor tummy control!! Waste of money.. I will not recommend this product…SheCurve® 3-Pack High Waisted Tummy Control Briefs/ Thongs.

Order placed 17/1/25, it's now 9/2/25 no tracking info, sent 2 emails weeks ago no reply, no idea where or if my order has been shipped. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM SHECURVE AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
