Never received my item
Never received my item. It’s been over two months. Customer service does not respond. Do NOT buy from them. I should have done research beforehand.
They take your money and run
Placed an order based on their size chart. Rcvd my order and the fit wasn’t even close. Contacted support at shecurve dot com three times to ask how I go about an exchange. Never got a response. Tried using the “chat” on their website and got this message back “ Dear customers, due to the recent large order inquiries, We have to taken down live chat support. please contact support at shecurve dot com. We will solve your problems and provide assistance from our emaill as soon as possible!.” in other words NO SUPPORT at all that goes for their products AND their “service” just don’t buy.

I’m regretting ordering through this company. Order placed January 30th and have contacted them twice for an update. No communication whatsoever. I would ask for a refund but I’m not hopeful of getting it.

if there were zero stars thats what i would give. the product is not what is advertised.. i wanted a comfy bra to wear around the house. this bra wouldn't hold a grape.. thats how supportive it is. to be fair i ordered it.. 80 australian dollars and then i read the reviews.. i emailed them straight away saying i wanted a refund. no answer.. i disputed it with my bank. i let them know i was doing this. to be fair the only thing they did was send the crappy product. they said to keep it.. they would give me a voucher for $15 to shop in their store.. like as if! and a partial refund . they said the return would be too difficult. like ive never been to a post office before. i email every week and they dont answer. so ladies…steer clear.. i wish i did. their product is like a training bra for an 8 year old! i do not

Placed order package not received
I placed an order January 4 and have not received my package. I empathize with the company because I was excited to try the product. My address was not correct and as soon as I clicked submit I realized it and instantly notified the business. I was lied to saying the package was already in route check with my postal service. Tracking number provided was not correct on usps error message read not found. You all lied to my financial institution and said you were in communication with me. Wish I could post the communication. The response are robotic not covering the issue at all. I want a full refund or simply what i ordered. Right now this business is giving scam. No money back no product no clear communication.

Horrible customer service. I waited so long for my order, once it arrived, I was missing the fleece tights that I ordered! I've sent them numerous emails and they are not responding back. I literally paid for an item and never received it. This is fraud. I will never shop with this company again nor do I recommend them

Run I purchased an item and still hasn't received tracking number or any updates it's been over 2 weeks don't buy from this seller now I'm catching hell trying to get my money back from after pay and on top of that they want respond to after pay either shecurve is a scam

Purchased about $70.00 worth of items. The items did not fit as advertised and I tried returning them for a refund. They claim to have an easy return policy, but that is not the case. When asking to return for a refund they said I could keep the items and if it was okay they would only refund me a portion since I’m not returning the product. I told them I didn’t want the product and just needed instructions on how to return it for a full refund, and again the said to keep it and changed the portion log the refund to a higher amount. I agreed to it and it’s been going on almost 5 months that I’m still waiting for my refund.
When I emailed them they apologize for the delay and say they will eventually get to it and not to worry.
Do not recommend doing business with this company!

Ladies BEWARE!!! SheCurve is nothing but a scam. Never shop from them. The quality of their bras is low quality. They do not have a customer service dept. I feel it must be only one person running this scam. I purchased two bras from them back in November. I didn't receive it till December. 1st red flag. One did not fit and asked what will I need to do to return...crickets...2nd red flag
I reached out to Afterpay since I paid it through them (another big mistake) and explained what happened. Then and only then did I get a response from Afterpay. They asked me to send a picture of the bra and I did....Crickets again.

Orders the two pack minimizer bras. Took 3 months to receive my order (after multiple calls).
I'm a 34 DD and I was excited to get these bras! They are so uncomfortable! The lace is itchy - and I have many lace bras- the bands cut into my back and under my breasts.
I am so disappointed in this product. The "good" reviews must be paid for by the company because they are not smooth, soft not so they minimize - my breast actually looked larger and were shoved up higher. These bras dis not do what was promised or shown in any video.
