Unable to fix incorrect delivery location

I recently moved house and now at my new location Amazon keep delivering my packages to the right street and village but to the wrong house. I have spent several hours trying to get them to do something about this but this seems like the impossible task and they have no way of correcting this. If someone from Amazon UK sees this then it would be great to hear back about how to fix this. I buy hundreds of items from Amazon each year but I'm going to have to stop uness this is resolved. Surely they can fix this simple issue? I have seen some suggestion there is a IT system which gives them the physical location on a Sat Nav - perhaps this is set to the wrong location and the cause of the error? This must be costing Amazon but they just dont seem able to do anything other than offer a refund. Help!

Delivery failure.

Delivery failure.
I was standing at my front door, door open. The driver didn't even approach. Amazingly the driver handed my parcel to the resident, even though I was at my door.
No idea where is is, Amazon customer service useless, and fed me the usual lies.

The way Amazon treats their Prime customers

Horrible Customer Service and Return services especially when you get the UPS Pick-Up , i literally got bullied by they’re customer service staff by telling that they incompetence it s my mistake. I am a Prime customer for more than 10 years and at this point I will reconsider the store I will do my shopping s from. Very disappointed.

Amazon’s Bully Tactics & Poor Delivery Service in a busy residential apartment…

I live in a busy residential apartment block with a concierge, and I have always given Amazon clear instructions: if I’m not home, leave parcels with concierge. This is not happening.

On more than one occasion, parcels were left on the floor outside my door without anyone ringing the bell or handing it to concierge. One time, I was at home and received a notification saying the parcel was “handed to resident” — when in reality it was just dumped on the floor. Luckily, I was home that day, otherwise it could have been stolen.

Instead of addressing these delivery failures, I received a shocking email from Amazon threatening to close my account, accusing me of claiming non-deliveries. This feels like bullying. It is not my fault their drivers don’t follow instructions. Amazon should employ drivers who deliver parcels properly and responsibly.

To make matters worse, when I did receive an item that didn’t work, Amazon complained about that too — as though customers aren’t allowed to report faulty products.

I have now decided to cancel my Prime membership. After years of being a loyal customer, I find Amazon’s treatment unacceptable. They should be holding their drivers accountable instead of punishing customers who simply expect parcels to be delivered correctly.

Left photo of dad on apartment block floor

A few months ago my dad died and I ordered a photo for his coffin.

Three months ago I ordrred a photo for my Dad's funersl from photobox. It was delivered by Amazon but they just left in on the ground floor of my apartment block.

Photobox was unable to trace who
delivered this.

Amazon failed in its delivery and given the nature of the delivery this is totally unacceptable. I will never use them, directly or indirectly.

Amazon Prime locker fluck up

Ordered an Amazon fire stick to be collected from a nearby Amazon locker. I have Amazon prime so my order was delivered to the Amazon locker the next morning. The instructions from Amazon told me I needed to take my order number and show proof of identification at the locker (this is impossible as these lockers are just lockers 🤷‍♂️) the locker requires a 6 figure number to open the door where the order is located unfortunately this number was not sent. I chatted on line to Amazon who after implying I didn’t know what I was doing and after my insistence checked my confirmation email and had to agree the was no mention of the 6 figure code needed to unlock the door. I requested a refund and purchased the items click and collect from my local Argos with no issues. Going forward I’ll cancel my Amazon Prime and take my business elsewhere.

They don’t care for their customers whatsoever

Recently joined first orders no problem
Now when I try to order, it say must join group, what group where?
Phoned them got thru to a person, she spoke so fast I couldn’t really follow what she was saying, so gave up.
Amazon are so big they don’t give a damn for their customers

@amazonuk - tried to buy 2 items on my business account, now baring in mind I purchase quite a bit of items regularly from my business account, both items show as free delivery on EACH item, so whether I buy 1 or whether I buy both I should get free delivery, however I am being charged £5.00 for delivery, although you think it is not a lot, its not a lot but free is free! false advertise!! and not appreciated at all. HOWEVER if I purchase from my personal account I am not charged for delivery....again please explain!

House bricks are treated better!

The last few deliveries were not left as requested so I waited in (and waited, and waited) for my most recent purchase - an electric grill. It eventually arrived in the original packaging - so clearly an electrical appliance - with a tear in the top of the box and a crushed corner. Looks like they had played football with it in the warehouse.

Finally Redruth depot hired a reliable driver

Amazing Redruth has finally hired a competent, hard working and reliable driver who delivered to resident as asked and was cheerful about it too despite carrying 32l of almond milk.
Brilliant lad even offered to bring it in for me, above and beyond! Good man!!
You need to give your chaps a wheely trolley for heavy deliveries as the quantity he was carrying was above the legal H&S limit for a one man load in the UK.

Unprofessional employees

Tired of Amazon drivers not doing their job instead of delivering to your door just leaving your package in unsecured areas and we have to search for them we also have items go missing ,on phoning their customer service centre meet with the usual not interested response , someone should take note before your customer service & drivers break your company.

Amazon, stop giving time 'estimates' for delivery. You have NEVER kept to them, and they just get kicked down the road. You idiots have cost me so much time over the years with making me wait in - only to have the time changed again, and again and again. It absolutely pointless and moronic. It is NOT an estimate if it changes 5 times before you manage to actually deliver anything.

Also - you ask for instructions for when I'm not in? Do you tell the drivers? As they leave the item, on my door step, rain or shine and then vanish. Whether I am in or not.

I'm tired of it now.

Unreliable

2 days in a row my deliveries have not arrived on the delivery date I pay prime and the delivery service has gone down so unreliable, no explanation why this keeps happening, the worst thing is they say you have to wait until 4 days later and then come back for a refund, absolutely disgusting way to treat customers especially those paying Prime ,and now it's even harder to actually talk to a human, that's not customer service , I really don't see the point in wasting my money paying for a service that doesn't value it's customers.

3 changed delivery times and it’s still am

It’s 11:30 and already I’m on my third changed delivery time. Ridiculous having tracking when it constantly changes. Never had this with other companies. When you get a time you plan round it that’s the point.

Company has lost its way with customer service

Once upon a time if all else failed you could speak with customer services and resolve your issue .
Not anymore
Item doesn"t arrive ?
Tough , try and speak with someone to secure a replacement or cancellation , its near on impossible .
From customer is King to couldn't care less .
This massive company has lost its way lost what made it great

I ordered a £160 internet radio from…

I ordered a £160 internet radio from Amazon UK.
The order never arrived. I live in a small block of 4 apartments with one common entrance lobby. I checked with my very helpful neighbours if they'd seen anything as they're around more of the day/time than I am. Nothing. On the Amazon website it said "DELIVERED. SIGNED FOR BY RECEPTIONIST"
There is no receptionist. I spent 30 minutes in discussion with Amazon. Amazon refuses to provide me with the evidence of the signed delivery receipt. Clearly the delivery company stole the radio and made up the receptionist signed story. Amazon refuses to help insisting I report the matter to the Police. I explained the Police will want to see the supposed signed delivery receipt.
Amazon refuses to co-operate.
I want to write to the bald man in the shades about his operators' shady tactics. How do I escalate this issue with Amazon?
