I am a survivor of domestic violence…
I am a survivor of domestic violence and sexual abuse. When I took my home test I received a call from the manager of the London sexual health service. He was giving a courtesy call to make sure I am no longer in danger, and to encourage me to continue my healing journey. He offered me reassurance and also mentioned a service that is psychological-sexual therapy for victims such as myself that I will be using as part of my journey. I am very grateful for the love shown and the respect I was spoken with.

Fast and reliable service if you don’t have symptoms.
I like the rest at home kit. It makes it easy to be tested if you have no symptoms. The test results as well come within a week from shipping the test back to the lab. If you get diagnosed with any STI the service is supportive and provides all the tools to get treated and supported.

Made me feel extremely comfortable & confident that I was dealing with my sexual health in the right way…the calming reassuring nature of the call handler's did not go unnoticed especially when the manager called me…because it was Christmas no other staff were working but he wanted to make sure I was informed of my results…that’s called going above & beyond…highly highly recommend such a simple strategy get forward self explanatory service….thank you SHL
