I placed an order May 5th, 2021 and am still waiting. My daughter is Ariana obsessed and I ordered her a bunch of stuff for her 11th birthday later that month. I have received canned emailed stating Covid has delayed shipping and will now take 45-90days…..that ship has sailed as well. Very disappointed. I paid a lot of money to receive absolutely nothing yet! BBB will be my next step

HORRIBLE!! If I could give a negative star, I would. I ordered 3 items (over $200 worth) for Xmas 2020 gifts for my daughter in early Nov. Plenty of ordering time you would think right? WRONG!! Because I didn't pay their ridiculously expensive "additional" delivery fee for items that MAY be sent separately, I literally never received my order. After months of emailing back & forth requesting a delivery date, trying to consider the stress of covid, I told my daughter "kid cut your losses" and I requested my refund. This fiasco came to an end following St. Patrick's Day, just in time for spring break because I just had enough. This is unacceptable!! Like really, how many more holidays need to pass? They're really trying to keep alive X-mas in July I guess...

The kicker, 2 other family members of mine ordered for my teen 1 item each (because my kid was obsessed & wanted everything Ari & wanted to support her), wayyy later than I ordered & they received there's, on-time, for the holidays. Really??

The only reason I would give a half of a star would be the quick responses to the emails I sent and quick refund process. The emails were pretty generic as some one else said on their review.

You're better off ordering through etsy, hot topic, walmart or even amazon. You'll actually get your orders.. I thought I was paying for authenticity and all I got was disappointment!!

i love ariana and all, but her shipping and pricing sucks. first off, her basic merch is super overpriced, for an example some of her hoodies and sweatpants are $65+ my first really bad experience is when i ordered the dwt photo crewneck when it restocked for a day and it took 3 months to deliver + the shipping was also screwed up showing wring delivery dates.

The shop is a total scam! Pre-paid clothes are not shipped after 5 months long wait. But they are still for sale on the website.

90% of artist's stores are crap, but Ariana's store is 100% crap. The employees are rude, they reply with a cut and paste response that doesn't answer your email, they ask you for things you have sent already and don't even get your name correct when replying. The Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande STUCK WITH YOU items were fake autopen. My vinyl came damaged and dented. Nothing done and it has been 5.5 months. Worst store in history. Other stores actually at least try. This store just cuts and pastes nonsense until they come up with an excuse as to not help.

Really gutted to write this review but feel like I need to. Over the years I’ve bought quite a lot of Ari merch and it’s always been amazing quality. I bought the positions hoodie and joggers back on October 30th and have only just received it may 11th, the quality is absolutely awful and such a shame seeming a lot in the past has been great. Will have to send it straight back was so excited to get this. Such thin material and joggers don’t even have pockets. Really poor service

Ordered in February, dispatched on April 12th. But ITS NOW MAY 11TH AND STILL NOTHING.

I ordered multiple items from the positions line on Nov 28, 2020 and part of my order was delivered in January while I have yet to recieve the hoodie. TODAY IS MAY 4, 2021 . I REALIZE THIS THERE IS A PANDEMIC BUT I ORDERED A WALLET FROM TURKEY ON ETSY AND IT GOT HERE SOONER THAN THIS M!F! ORDER. ARI GET UR Stuff TOGETHER AND DROP THIS SHIPPING COMPANY. THE MERCH IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO WASTE MONEY ON SOMETHING THAT NEVER ARRIVES.

I've been a super loyal Ariana Grande fan since 2011, and have been ordering merch off her website ever since, it used to be no hassle back in the days but ever since 2018 when she changed merch team it has just been a wild ride, EVERY SINGLE order I've made since 2019 has had a problem of some kind, and I order A LOT of merch, like not even exaggerating when I say I have 70+ clothing items from throughout the years. It is however very usual that the things sold are pre orders but that they're later delayed with moooonths so you'll probably not see the stuff you've ordered for at least 6 months. I am also currently banned from ordering because one of my $600 orders were never sent out and they offered a refund, which I didn't want, I wanted the stuff, they sent a refund anyways but I never received said refund and have been fighting about this with them for 5 months now and they're just lying in every single response, so I'm actually very sick and tired of them. Atm I've resorted to ordering in my boyfriends name because I'm banned, and they won't do anything about it. I'd rather order merchandise second hand at this point, no matter how much I love Ariana and collect merch, this is just ridiculous

We ordered in November 2020 (order #ariana366405). Today is 21st of April 2021. The order has still not arrived. 5 months passed. My 11-year daughter spent all her Christmas money on it. She is very unhappy.

i ordered a positions sweatshirt and sweatpants. it came to over $130. i ordered it december 24th. i know because of covid everything is super slow. and i was very fine with waiting. but now it's almost may and i haven't received any email or any notification on where it is at. i honestly doubt i will ever get the package. very disappointed :(

I ordered the positions hoodie and pants along with the fannie pack for my niece way back in November 2020. This was supposed to be her Christmas gift. It's now April 2021 and I still have not received any of it. Every time they give me a date that it's due to ship it gets moved back. I am at the point of canceling this order . I do not understand what is going on. Worst experience of online ordering I have ever had and I shop online a lot. Never again will I order from them.

In NOVEMBER 2020 my sister in law ordered pants and a sweat shirt for my daughter, for Christmas. It's now APRIL 2nd, 2021 and the merchandise still hasn't arrived! Customer service has been horrible and she has contacted them multiple times!!! Her money needs refunded and we will never shop here again and will tell people and post on Facebook our experience! HORRIBLE customer service!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Ariana and her team should do better! Over 5 months of waiting, is RIDICULOUS, especially when they told us 4-6 weeks "due to covid." Reading others reviews, it's not "due to covid." It's because they are SCAMMING people out of their hard earned money!

Ordered back in December, and still havent received in late March. Emailed them 5 times asking for arrival dates, and each single time it was pushed back a month. Awful, I don't think I'm ever going to get it.

Ik her Team ain’t that good but her Positions merch is great! I have one of the new crewnecks, I live in germany and ordered from arianagrandestore.de I got it in less then a week, and I could track the pakage which is great! it’s really good! Don’t put her merch in the dryer tho! I recommend :)

Ordered on separate occasions, both positive experiences. I can understand why some people would be put-off by buying Ariana's merch on her official site but remember, most people leave feedback when it's been bad and rarely do when it's been good...

Pre-ordered a 'positions' t-shirt on the UK site, shipping date kept being pushed back but I was kept informed of this regularly, all in all took about 2 months to get it, but once shipped arrived very quickly. Quality of this was excellent, decent fabric and the print came out perfect. Maybe they have a new production company?

I also ordered the 'Christmas & Chil' LP from the US site (shipping/handling fee was annoyingly expensive but expected, but no customs charge!) and was given regular updates through the 'Shop' app. Dispatched a lot sooner than I expected it, then not much happened for about a week and then was delivered by Hermes. Only reason this is only a 4-star review is that the LP was shipped in a very basic cardboard package and so the PVC sleeve go slightly ruined but I was planning on replacing that anyways. I was honestly surprised that the LP itself didn't break!

Overall, I would recommend buying Ariana's merch here if you don't mind waiting a little bit, possibly ends up being cheaper than buying it elsewhere (in my experience anyways).

Placed order Oct 30th, 2020 and received order February 21st 2021. Ridiculous. Low quality, overpriced garbage. By far the worst online shopping experience.
