the worst site ever. this merch team is awful, orderd my signed litho in august 2 2018. and 11 months later they canncelled the order...
with the rest of my orders, its fine but it taskes at least 2 to 5 months to ship a simple crew neck

I ordered a signed poster in July 2018. Two thousand and EIGHTEEN. Today, 11 months later, they’ve finally confessed that they won’t be able to deliver. Although they gave me a refund and a discount code, my money will never be going to them again. They told me the exact same excuse for 11 months. Horrible service. Save yourself the disappointment. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I'm disappointed I didn't do my research before I ordered my merchandise from "official" Ariana Grande Store. I ordered a crew neck sweatshirt on Feb 12 2019. STILL NO ORDER. I've inquired numerous times since the website disclosed it would take 4-6 days to ship out. I was told each time that there were production delays, the order would be processed in a week or two, etc. NONSENSE. I'm appalled and outraged that this company is even still in business. I asked for a phone number to call and speak to someone about the delay and I was ignored twice. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen and experienced. I'm going to cancel my order right now after reading all these reviews. but who knows if they will ever refund me.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Absolutely horrible. I ordered two sweaters on February 14 and was originally told the package would ship in 4-6 weeks. After not receiving it in this time period I followed up with the website multiple times and was sent the same generic email about a “production error” and my order taking a bit longer than expected. It is now 4 months since I ordered and I have received nothing. So ridiculous, unprofessional, and unnecessary. Would definitely not recommend ordering official merch & frankly I don’t even want the stuff I ordered anymore (not that it’s even coming at this point).

i ordered a couple of orders and only a few came in time. everything else was so late. one order is over half a year late and still not here. one of my crewnecks came with her skin green and many features in the website weren't on the real thing. the website photo had stars in the background but in the actual one, they were inside her body. i've only been satisfied with one of my orders which is the pink thank u next sweatshirt.

I ordered a sweatshirt on Feb 28th and still have no received it. And then I see today, they added new designs. Why are they adding new items when they can't ship the items already ordered? I am so disappointed and should have done my research but I assumed that someone as famous as Ariana Grande wouldn't have such horrible issues with sending merch.

Ordered 2 items in February and still nothing. I think the email system is just automated because it sends the same response every time. They don't have a phone number for Customer Care. I think this website is a scam and I am going to file a complaint with the BBB. I would say NO, don't order anything from this store.

I love the merch. It’s of high quality and it came within 3 weeks of ordering. Those of you who said that your merch didn’t arrive at your designated location of delivery, I advise that you guys should try to check your tracking number?

Overall, it was a great experience and I loved the speedy delivery and the quality of the merchandise and I strongly encourage anyone to buy the merch.

The merchandise is of poor quality. My 13 year old daughter pays 100 for a sweat shirt when I give her $20 a month in allowance. It takes her a while to save up (she saved up for so many sweat shirts that she owns) The clothing is of poor quality, pilling happens after one wash. Why do these entertainers that make millions off of these young girls not give a crap!

After reading the poor reviews and experiences that others had, I was immediately struck with panic. Not only do I hate waiting (blame it on Amazon Prime) but I also greatly dislike wondering if and when I'd get what I spent my money on. Of course this was after I placed my order. I decided to wait it out and see what would happen. After 16 days, I haven't heard anything and decided the best thing was to reach out and contact customer service. I simply asked for an update, and if they had an ETA on when it would ship. I immediately got an answer, claiming that my order has been reviewed and renewed. 2 days after I got an email saying that my order has shipped. I'm so happy that I reached out and they solved my issue, especially after reading all the horrible issues that others had had. I support and hope for the best as they work out any kinks. I can only imagine the size and quantity of fans that are sending in orders, so I understand the delay.

Awful. I ordered a sweater for the winter. Waited two months and nothing. It is now summer so the sweater is pointless to have. Horrible.

I seriously can't believe how many of us are being scammed right now. Are they joking? Ordered a signed litho (like everyone else) back in August, thank God that's all I purchased, still no hearing of the item. They happily took my money for it. Multiple emails and nothing :( run like hell.

My mom ordered many stuff from the shop ( sweatshirts, album ect ) which means it was REALLY expensive, let me tell you, she ordered the merch back in September, it's now February 2019 and still nothing.

AWFUL. I ordered one thing, as a present which I couldnt even give. They literally just don't ship the things you buy out. Its been months and I've emailed multiple times and they say "2-3 more weeks and you'll receive a tracking number, but no refunds"

I ordered the signed lithograph back in July. 7 months later, Its February and i still haven’t recieved it. I sent my first email in November asking when it would be shipped, and they said “4-6 weeks.” At the end of the 6 weeks, I still received no lithograph or updated email. I just emailed them today asking for a refund and they won’t give it to me. I’m going to have to raise a visa dispute to get my money back. They also told me “the Sweetener Signed Litho is delayed due to high demand and production timelines.” Really? Because according to these reviews, I’m not the only one who hasn’t received their lithograph. The customer service also told me that they were unable to track my package. I wish Ariana would speak out on this because I doubt she knows her team is really scamming her fans.

This company is disgusting. I ordered a signed Litho on 4 August and sent many back and forth emails with the company to be told there is a production delay... fast forward almost 6 months later (HALF A YEAR) still no update regarding the order... this company is a scam, I’ve now asked for a full refund and do not believe the company has any intention of returning my money to me... If they do I will alter the review

i orded a sweetener litho + album in august. its now nearly feburary and it still hasn't shipped! in the response, they just said it's 'delayed'. It's been half a year!

I have struggled with this webshop for 5 months to 1) send me the merchandise and/or 2) return my money.

Customer “service” don’t Care at all!

Ordered in October. No merchandise. No answers. Going to stop payment on credit card. Worse shop ever. Come on Ariana. Stop taking advantage of your fans. Your name is on this shopping store.
