SCAM - BUY A FAKE OFF ETSY
I ordered a sweetener hoodie for my daughter as an xmas gift back in November at an extortionate cost of nearly £70. Never again will I buy offical merchandise. It is the official store. I have never heard anything again. I have emailed numerous times as there is NO OTHER WAY OF CONTACTING THEM - you do not EVEN GET AN EMAIL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF YOUR ENQUIRY. I'm going to have to go to the bank to put in a visa dispute as going on the other reviews it seems to me the chances of me getting a refund or the actual item is slim. Please save your money - buy a fake its easier. I'm really angry they make huge sums of money off children frankly and its just a scam. UPDATE - I HAVE HAD TO RAISE A VISA DISPUTE TO GET MY MONEY BACK - DESPITE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT THIS SUPPOSED OFFICIAL UNIVERSAL MUSIC STORE NO ONE REPLIES NOT EVEN TO ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR ENQUIRY. THERE IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER AND NO REPY TO EMAILS. NO DELIVERY OF GOODS. THE WEBSITE SAYS UK DELIVERY 2 DAYS. I HAVE ALSO REPORTED THEM TO ACTION FRAUD I DON'T SUPPOSE THAT WILL DO ANY GOOD SEEMS THIS HUGE CORPORATIONS CAN GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING.

Still waiting for my order and that was back in November. No email updates and had to submit a ticket to hear anything from them. They said it will be sent in a week. It's been a week and nothing came not even an email. Trying to get my money back now. I would avoid this site.

Awful. Ordered the Lithogram and CD bought and paid for in August, it is now December and im STILL waiting. Ive sent at least 5 emails with the same response stating they are behind. NEVER AGAIN will I order.

I ordered an Ariana Grande "God is a Woman" crewneck in AUGUST 17, 2018 and I still haven't received anything.. :( they already took off the $60.00 +tax off my bank account and I've emailed the store so many times that the only response I get is to wait 3-4 weeks so I wait and still haven't received anything..

I’m lucky to say that I got my order with no problems. However, the sweatshirt I dropped $80 on seemed very cheap. Shipping took a while. Stuff is pricey. They seriously need to work on customer service
