Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Beyond bad.
No phone line. No chat line. Slow email response. Refused to answer my request to raise a complaint. Couldn’t correct my order error 20 mins after initial order meant lots of wasted time and effort and extra cost. Main consumer complaint line based in England not able to answer queries on this same branded item because it is based in Scotland and isn’t covered by them and they had no way to contact them . A brand management mess. Sort yourselves out Essity UK!

Excellent service
I ordered the wrong size, problem sorted & new order arrived even more quickly than the original. I found the boxer product to be very comfortable & better than lads or other y-fronts.

Easy to use website. Products are of good quality, comfortable to wear non bulky and do what they say, protect you from those embarrassing wet patches.
Delivery was good but I would have liked the package to have be discreet, not with the logo on it.

Post prostatectomy 3 weeks
The underwear is discreet and works well.
I’m using one to two pairs in a day after my prostatectomy. I was absolutely terrified of being wet and smelling. The pants work well and look like regular underwear and have given me confidence. Im a 32 waste and went for small.
In two weeks I’ve had one wet mark due to my poor positioning or maybe just a bad day.
