Don’t buy this complete tatt
Purchased a pair of Cat safety trainers. Both laces completely unravelled on the very first day of use. The supplier (Screwfix) wouldn’t replace just for the laces & suggested I contact Cat. Cat had zero interest in customer service. This would be an easy fix - send out a pair of laces that probably cost them 20p. Point blank refused. I work with over 100 tradesmen and I am making sure they all know the Cat products and their customer support are both dog excrement.

Just the most amazing service
Just the most amazing service, I did not expect the response i got for Caterpillar who came back immediately and refunded me in full and couldn't have been more fantastic, I only wish more companies were like they are!

I purchased an order online from your shop.i never recieve the parcel.They saying its been delivered but not on my door.the costumer services Already been notified. They dont need to know about it. They say go to Police. How should i go to police when i dont even know if its been delivered or not.. very unhappy

When I proceeded to checkout I hit button twice and cause I had ordered before the payment went straight through without me having chance to put code in.

Ordered a pair of new boots straight off the site at the beginning of January – haven’t even worn them once. Came with a clear cosmetic fault right out of the packaging. Sent three emails explaining, waited days, not a single word back. Policy says contact first, fine – but ignoring customers isn’t service, it’s dodge. No return label, no refund link, and phone’s off today since it’s Sunday. For an official Caterpillar store, this is embarrassing. Charging full price for subpar stuff and ghosting buyers?

Caterpillar boots leather parker cost around £110. Sat in a cupboard for a while after very little use. Now unusable just falling apart!
