Sturdy boots and good customer service
I bought women’s adjustable chore boots last year, they are great.
Sadly I have experienced a minor issue with a seal. Contacted customer service who advised me to send a detailed email and photos, which I did.
I received an email within 24hrs with free return label.
Very good customer service!
I have only marked 4 stars because they do not offer an exchange process so I’ve had to post for a new pair and wait for them to arrive before I’m able to return the others.
And, they have requested the birds are cleaned or they can’t accept them due to health & safety and they need to be in the original packaging. I’ve had them 6 months so cleaning is going to be a chore tbh and I didn’t keep the packaging, but I can use the packaging the new boots came in.
I am overall satisfied though and the boots are very sturdy

Keine kostenfreie Rücksendung. Das ist heutzutage üblich!
Die Stiefel waren wunderschön, aber zu klein. Wenn die Rücksendung unkomplizierter und nicht kostenpflichtig gewesen wäre, hätte ich nochmal einen Versuch mit einer Nummer grösser gemacht. So nicht

Great boots
Great boots, quick delivery. We use them for outdoor activities with our dogs. For us it's perfect for cold weather.

Mein zweites Paar Muckboots und ich liebe sie sehr!!
Für mich persönlich sind sie im Fersenbereich nicht ganz so bequem von der Form her und dort läuft eine Naht entlang.
Nach einem langen Spaziergang im Regen, sind sie von innen leicht feucht (nicht nass!), sodass ich sie nachts trocknen muss. Das hatte ich bei meinem ersten Paar nicht und enttäuscht mich etwas, da ich bisher in keinem Schuh jemals dieses "Problem" hatte.

Ich kaufte letztes Jahr 2 Paar Muck…
Ich kaufte letztes Jahr 2 Paar Muck Originals Pull On Ankle.
Ein Paar für mich und ein Paar für eine Freundin.
Ich fand die Stiefel sehr bequem und auch optisch gut aussehend.
Leider bekam ich nach kurzer Zeit, es waren glaube ich 2 Monate, nasse Füße. Ich bemerkte, das die Naht zur Sohle aufgegangen war.
Ich reklamierte die Stiefel und bekam nach recht langer Zeit Ersatz.
Doch es dauerte nicht lange und ich bekam schon wieder nasse Füße.
Als ich mit meiner Freundin sprach, sagte sie mir, dass ihre Stiefel auch an der Naht kaputt waren.
Ich finde für das Geld, dass man für die Stiefel bezahlt, sollten sie länger halten.
Was nützen die bequemsten Stiefel, wenn man sie nur noch im Trockenen anziehen kann.
Leider wurde mir beim customer service team nicht geholfen.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und werde mir in Zukunft Stiefel einer anderen Firma kaufen.
