Bought this product the key doesn't fit in it The item you sent me is too small I need to know what website to use to send pictures I tried to send pictures yesterday but it did not go through and I emailed you about it and haven't received any message yet on how to send it

Stay away from Exclusive Keys.

this company behaves like a scam. They take your money, never send the key fobs, and then completely ignore your messages. Customer support is practically nonexistent.

I regret ordering from them and would strongly warn others not to trust this business. Save your money and buy elsewhere from a legitimate company with real customer service.

I like the key cover. I have a 5 button remote with the lock and unlock side by side at the top. Unfortunately the cover doesn’t allow me to actually press those buttons. The rest of the buttons work fine and I can still use it as I usually just use the button on my door handle to lock/unlock the car. Just wish it all functioned as it did without the cover.

I received the keychain part but no key fob covers yet order said delivered but all I received was the key chain

Und dann wird das falsche Cover geliefert. Bei Reklamation wird man vertröstet! Ich habe nach mittlerweile 10 Wochen!!! und unzähligen Emails an den DE-Support und Verweis auf US-Support, die Hoffnung aufgegeben! VORSICHT BETRUG! kann ich da nur sagen!

Love it! Perfect for what i needed it for!

Picture and videos showed red stitching and a red strap on black. I got neither. I asked for a refund or an exchange and have received no response as of yet. Disappointed I wasted $40. If they don't replace it I'm just tossing it in the trash. Do not recommend.

It is a very well made product, and was very easy to put on my key FOB!!!

I only received one key fob, still waiting on my other key fob with the key chains.

These key covers makes your keys feel like a Mercedes. Rich looking. As great price.

What made my experience great was the fact that I actually found the right fob cover. This is tue second one I purchased because the first one was not the correct cover.

Ordering was confusing. I ordered the wrong part and was told to bad. The Cadillac fob and Corvette fob are opposites. Some great companies would reach out to correct the problem. Not them.

I love the design however the back of the fob did not come with the open space for the symbol on the original fob. I emailed customer service but only received a general message. The issue hasn't truly been addressed.

I did not receive any of the items I paid for despite the tracking saying it was delivered!

The personalized emails were a nice touch. Key covers came prior to the expected delivery date. The functionality and appearance of the covers are exceptional.

Recieved partial order so far, 2 0f 4 covers and no straps yet. Still waiting on all of these. The ones that came are working out great. Just waiting on rest of order

This is my 2nd order from Exclusive Keys so that I would have all my key fobs covered. I have not been disappointed yet. Perfect fit each time. They are well packaged. Took a bit longer than I would have liked to get them but was well worth the wait.

I very much love the black and gold theme which is my favorite colors. The keyfob covers give me a sense of high class
