Approved for credit and sent back to the retailer page , i thought i needed to comolete purchase , i contavted customer support and Thales L of the humm team helped me to understand that the item had already been purchased and I would receive emails confirming this , Thales L was very helpfully, the confirmation email came through and I'm very happy with humm service and customer care.

I was disappointed with the overall customer service. While speaking with the agents was positive, the customer team who handled my contract was poor. After purchasing, I discovered a 40 euro setup fee and high interest rates. Consequently, I paid off the loan the same day using other means. I was also refused a refund for the setup fee despite explaining and attempting to resolve issue, found response dismissive and patronising

As mentioned in our previous replies to your email, the agreement in question was not in fact cancelled and therefore the initial €40 application fee remained as per terms and conditions of the agreement.

You can also review our loan agreements ahead of making a purchase on our website at https://www.shophumm.com/ie/important-information/.
All applicable fees are disclosed to the customer in the draft of the agreement emailed prior to finalizing the purchase.

Terrible customer servivce!
I received an email advising that my details weren't correct and it has all been updated. I asked what was incorrect and to please call me. They refused to tell me unless I provide security info. Security info provided. I received the same template response about information changing but not actually answering my query or picking up the phone to call me. Horrendous.
