Absolutely terrible company, stated on their website guaranteed valentines delivery order was placed on the 04th feb. Communication was nothing short of passing the buck and then they turned off the chat service (stated at the bottom of the page) a week later the necklace has arrived and it’s literally like something direct from a kids lucky bag. On a side note the tracking details I received stated your ‘yanwen’ order will be delivered. So obviously being ordered direct from china.

Placed a order in Oct, 2 months later and nothing, scam!

For anyone thinking about ordering anything from I Love Jewelry it’s time to run. I didn’t know at the time I placed an order but what the reviews and BBB rating of an F is completely true.

I have been trying to have them fix a 1/2 shipped purchase for months. I had a monthly subscription to the monthly monogram box but the boxes started to repeat so I canceled. They gave me a gift card and I picked out some PJ’s that were more than the gift card. The order took over a month and I only received the top. I have sent 3-4 emails for help with no response. They are terrible. Do not use this company!!

Terrible customer service. They send your order without monogramming after waiting 3 weeks. Never got a refund for an item that was not in stock nor received. Receipt said store credit. Why?? Where is my store credit? Still waiting from 12/1/2021. Do not order from this company. Scam!

This company can improve by providing better customer service. They messed up on my order, and only willing to on refund 10%. Plus some of the writing on the sleeve was missing letters and then they wanted me to ship the item back which will cost me 60$. Sorry but I will never order anything from this website again. I am disappointed as my order took 3 weeks to get here and everything should have been correct with spelling and everything else.

Never responded to multiple emails and never got my pajamas i ordered. I was told they were lost and never was refunded

NEVER buy from this company. Took forever to get. Their mystery boxes are literally junk. I ordered 3 and got the worst tops ever. The quality is horrible. Also got 3 of the same bracelet. I am so disappointed. Of i could give 0 stars i wpuld.

Total false advertising, I think they call it bait and switch. She showed a cute sweater jacket and I got the ugliest sweater. If she'd showed that one I would never have ordered it. The jewelry was cheap and nothing is returnable. No where was it mentioned that you couldn't return anything.
There's no way I can give these as Christmas gifts.

Jewelry was cheap plastic like for kids. I bought 2 items as gifts and I am 2 embarrassed to give them to anyone, material is thin flimsy.
Nothing comes in a box. Nothing but crap.

I made an order and input my correct address However, their website generated an old address of mine from 3 years ago and my package went there. I reached out to them and they told me that I need to reach out to my local post office and I did. I changed my address and I still didn’t get my order and they will not refund my money nor send me a replacement box. They told me that they had already printed my label and could not reprint it.

This company is a huge scam! Don’t waste your money. I moved several months ago and updated my address on their website as well as sent them an email about my address change but they still sent my order to my old address. When I reached out to them to get reimbursed for that order since I will have no way of receiving that order since someone else now lives at my previous address, the company refused to refund me or even ship out a replacement to the correct address. VERY poor customer service.

I ordered three shirts with monograms. They were all mediums. Two of the shirts were perfect. The third one looked like a large and the Fabric was puckering around The monogram. I wrote the company an email with pictures. They did not response. I wrote them another email again with the pictures. No response. I went on a chat. The person on the chat checked the email and told me that the shirt was an oversize shirt and was supposed to be big. She also told me I should wash the shirt a couple of times to correct the puckering around the monogram. I shared that the shirt was wide not long and was not an oversize shirt. I also asked why I should have to wash a new shirt several times to see if the monogram would flatten. I Asked for a refund and told her I would send the shirt back. She said she would have to escalate this request and was not promising A good response.(I actually kept a copy of our text thread because I was blown away with her response) I asked her if there was a number I could call to speak to a person. She said no there was no way to call and speak to a person.
because this company will not make good on a defective item I am stuck with a shirt that I cannot use.
I am a senior on Social Security. I cannot afford to throw money away on items that I cannot use.

Great product, terrible customer service. Bought a few pajamas from this company. They were very nice. Made a mistake with one order so I attempted to contact the company. Cannot get through on their listed phone number and they do not reply to any emails. Will not buy from this company again. Beware.

Terrible quality and they totally got the initials wrong . The shirt was like tissue paper .. do not order from here . The phone number is not a working number . Pay pal would not credit me for the item … terrible service

Rip off! I got 2 shirts that were not in the box I chose. My secret gift was 2 tea towels. Um 34$ for 2 shirts and tea towels. Not worth it AT ALL I am not impressed.

This company is a shame. The clothing is cheap, thin, and not at all as they show online. They duplicate orders, charging twice, and there is NO WAY to get in contact with them. Nothing worse than getting ripped off by Americans in in our own country!
