I Love Jewelry Avis 

I like the feel of the pajamas, but there needs to be a change with the elastic waistband. It gets twisted up in the wash and then never lays right after the first wash. It makes the waistline feel weird and therefore not as comfortable as it could be. I’ve purchased a couple pairs, and the wine pair has no waistline issues, but the Christmas ones do. This is after I received the Christmas pair and found holes in the bottom; they did send a replacement pair, but now I have waistline issues in the new pair. For how much these pajamas cost, it’s pretty crappy that the only solution I have is to replace the elastic part. It will be the last time I’ll be purchasing pajamas from here.

I normally wear an xl and it fits awesome. With this company I have to go up to a 2x and it's still tight. They fit at the top but you need to be straight and skinny like the people in the photos for best results. I have been ordering because they are cute. I will give another month and see if its better. Plus the shipping is horrible. You pay on the first and you do not get it till the last week of the month and tracking is horrible.

I'm sooooo disappointed in this place! I live in Jersey, they are in Florida. Ordered PJ on 12/11/20. Just received email they will arrive on the 28th??? They were shipped on the 14th??? Called & emailed them and told "not there issue" call DHL??? NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! If you ever show up on my Instragram again looking for business, your going to get what you deserve & MORE !

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered 3 pair of reindeer boots, finally got them, wrong monogram on one size, wrong size and monogram for another! I bought these for my daughters to wear for Christmas events. 🤬. I spoke to someone on Monday, was told to send an email detailing the problem and a picture. I have gotten no response and now, no one will answer the phone! It was such a waste of money to buy from this company!

Worst worst worst customer service ever!! I have sent numerous emails and attempted to call on an order I placed December 3rd no response and no answer when you call. I have absolutely no idea if my order has been shipped or if I will even get it by Christmas. It is suppose to be a Christmas gift!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company and their products! Great items, fast shipping, wonderful communication! I'm honestly shocked with the negative comments because I've bought 30 pairs of pjs from them without one single issue!

I ordered Christmas pajamas 6 weeks ago for Christmas. I still don’t have them. I’ve sent multiple messages and no one will respond. I have no clue where they are or if they are coming before Christmas as they said they would when I ordered the first week of Nov. most awful customer service that cannot even respond to emails, a week later. Not worth it! Avoid!

I have been getting this box for about two years now and honestly I’m about ready to cancel it at first they were great no problems but now their shipping is off horribly! I never receive any tracking numbers or anything until after I receive my order. I’ve had orders take MONTHS to get to me. I’ve had orders sent to the wrong address. I have sent emails I’ve called and even commented on Facebook and Instagram posts as week as message them. You will never get anyone to talk to. Clothing has gotten worse over the years. I received a monogram box that the item already had huge holes in it before I even took it out of the box. I’ve received the wrong thing. And honestly their jewelry at least what they put in the mono box is horrible. It’s ugly and very cheaply made. They need to get their stuff back together or I’m going to cancel.

UPDATE: I have still been unable to reach anyone in the company. The company has not contacted me after several emails saying they would be in touch within 48 hrs. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Wish I had read the other complaints before ordering.

*Just received my order that I placed on 12/4/2020. I ordered 3 pairs of monogrammed reindeer booties. Not one of them had a monogram!!!! I can not reach anyone to talk to!

Awful Awful Awful experience!!! If I could have given this website 0 stars I would have. I ordered 4 pairs of Monogrammed Reindeer Booties for my friends and myself for Christmas. I placed this order before Thanksgiving to assure that I would receive them in time. It took 6 days for them to even process my order and send me an email. 1 month later I received my order in the mail. With relief that it was here I opened my package only to find more disappointment. 3 out of the 4 booties were the wrong size. To add more disappointment the tags were ripped off the wrong booties. Proving that they were aware of their mistake. I was furious about this due to how long I waited for this order and the fact that they are personalized. I reached out to I love Jewlery immediately and called 5 times all of which I got sent to an answering system. I emailed them and messaged them on Instagram. After another day of non responses, I tried calling again and reached someone.
From the second she got on the phone she was rude and did not apologize for the massive mistake in my order. I told her I had no response from anyone about this. She put me on hold and magically an email notification appeared.
She came back on the line and informed me the reason they could not fix my order was due to me not responding to the email, they had JUST sent. I ended the phone call and sent back pictures of the mistakes and my order form.
6 days and another email later and I have still heard nothing about my order that I was assured would be fixed by Christmas!!! I am disgusted with the customer service, timeliness and reliability of this company. I will never be ordering from them again and I urge you not to! They unfortunately cannot be trusted.

Read all these negative reviews that people have written and stay as far away from this scam company as you can. I too have been taken in by the pretty items they show in their marketing ads. But you will wait months and months to receive anything. The customers service is horrible. They will ignore your emails and if you do happen to get one of them on the phone , they will lie to you and are extremely rude. STAY FAR AWAY. No one needs this kind of BS from a SCAM company.. BBB notified.

Good luck getting your items! Ordered November 3rd, emailed and called multiple times. Got a tracking number that is just a label created and when I called they just tell you the company has not scanned it yet then call back and come to find out they don’t even have the PJs in stock so say they are sending new ones out that same day and here we are on day 3 and so far new tracking number still saying only label created no proof the new set was sent out yet either like promised. I was promised I would have the new set this Friday and tracking still shows the package still not received so looks like another lie...I am on week 6 of no Pjs after ordering in plenty of time for having time by this weekend when needed. Highly disappointed in customer service and experience for what is charged for product. After reading other reviews apparently I am not alone. Buyers beware.

Don't waste your time. Cute items but horrible shipping...you might not ever get your item. I ordered October 28, 2020 for Christmas Pajamas. They aren't shipping. Thankfully was able to get a refund. Very disappointed.

I am beyond disappointed. I orderd Christmas PJS for the family and after three phone calls found out they had not yet shipped (they won't make it to Canada in time, now). I had already recived an email two weeks ago saying the items were on their way. I have a monthly subscription and that seems to ship regularly, but don't bother with the pyjamas. For reference I ordered the Pyjamas November 2nd and today is December 7th.

Pajamas are thin/cheaply made.
One wash and they fall apart.
Take 1 month to arrive, even without personalization.
Customer service is helpless .

Shipping can be slow for the subscription boxes if you get a monogram but I absolutely love my subscriptions each month. I get the monobox, jewelry box and swag bag. The mystery bags have been a great option! I have worn about 80% of what I have received with the mystery bags.

I usually wear an XL and found that the last two months, I haven’t been able to wear the tops because they seem to be on the smaller side of the XL size. The tops are super cute so it’s disappointing to have two cute tops hanging up I can’t wear or exchange because my initials are on it. I am going to give it one more month and decide what I will do about my subscription. I hope I can keep it because everything is so cute!

Never received my order! Asked for a refund never received it

The products are cheaply made. There are holes, stitching crooked, extra stitching. The sizes are always off. A small is like a large on me. I have a big bust & it’s still huge. The customer service is awful & you can’t ever actually get someone to help. They give you the run around. It’s not worth your money. The clothing products are by far the cheapest I’ve ever in countered. I have had some okay items but more damaged and wrong sizing clothing then I do actual wearable pieces of clothing. This company needs a new business plan & a new company to make its clothing. They also need a quality assurance team to check these items before they get shipped. That would save everyone some time.
