Monthly costs have increased over the years but the limit of $1000 has not. The annual limit should increase please. We have 6 adults and spend a lot over a year.
After posting this comment ShopSmarter closed my account. When I called I was told the last payment was rejected from my open credit card that I had paid the dues all year (no issues occurred with any other merchant and the card was/is valid). I was then told they sent me a email stating the card was rejected. I received no such email. I questioned the timing as this date 1/20 received my last monthly check. Now I would give them less stars as no solution was given.

Large number of retailers but many draw backs
Large number of retailers in the list, but many times we need to raise requests for missing cash back.
Monthly fee is too high. Other competitors like Rakuten, CapitanOne Shopping also giving 10% average for many store with no fee at all.
I would suggest Shopsmarter to start new tier plans - $7 monthly with limited cashback like $100.. and similarly more expensive but no limit plans.
