Can Not Sign back In / Terminated me
America I had this service for a few years. They were a Top notch cash rebate company for Real. During that period. But as soon as I did not get a large cash back and I tried in a very respectful email on several occasions before I got tired of the run around ,so I complained with a bad 1 star review. In which I explained what they ( Shopsmarter reply) was as to why I haven't received and they consequently said it would be paid out to me if they have not resolved with the retailer Bed Bath and Beyond purchase was more than 3,000.00 dollars. Now America Bed Bath and Beyond should be ashamed for not honoring the cash back but they said nothing. So Shop smarter terminated me and Said I terminated then. Yes, I was intended to.do just that bc they (Shop smarter) kept giving me the run around. NO PAYOUT FROM BED BATH AND BEYOND 3 MONTHS PAST DUE. OR GIVE ME AN APOLOGY, MY CASHBACK FOR BBB PURCHASE AND REINSTATE MY MEMBERSHIP. Why be so petty with a great customer. I only got upset with you guys because of a two month stunt of run around. Just want to know are we Adults or Kids here. The ball is in your court to make this right guys bc I'm not going no where.

After an email to the customer service they still say I terminated myself and c would reinstate my membership. But if I have another question do not hesitate to email again. America Can You say What the Duck! Bye Shopdumber.com

I'm not certain when I get the cash back. It seems to be a long time and I don't remember the sequence. And also, I only get cash by when I shop online, which can be risky to use a credit card.

I used ShopSmarter to make a purchase from Ulta Beauty, and the process was super smooth. I found exactly what I needed, and the cashback through ShopSmarter made the deal even better. It’s a great way to save while shopping at popular stores.
The site is easy to navigate, and tracking the order and cashback was straightforward. I also liked that there were no surprise fees or complicated steps — just shop, and earn.
