Very happy with the excellent service…
Very happy with the excellent service offered by Showers To You. I decided to change the width of panel following delivery and the request was handled without fuss with a clear explanation of process and costs by email. On delivery it was noted that one of the panels was chipped and the panel was again changed without quibble and a replacement on site within a few days. Would happily use Showers To You again.

AquaLisa shower hose
I needed a replacement hose for my AquaLisa power shower. Found what I wanted on the Showerstoyou website at an extremely competeive price so placed my order. Hose arrived a couple of days later, I fitted it - job done.

Aqualisa wall outlet
Very pleased with the replacement wall outlet, it was very easy to install. The delivery arrived as advised which was great as it meant our shower wasn’t out of action longer than it needed to be.

Good product, but very long delivery
No issues with the product. Delivery time however was a big issue. Website said in stock and usually delivers between "3-5 working days". I think "3-5 working weeks" would have been a better description.

We are very sorry to hear that your order was not delivered within the delivery lead of 3 – 5 working days as advised.
We have looked into the circumstances surrounding the delay with the delivery of your order. Your order was received on the 26th August at 17:48. We would have viewed your order on the 27th August in the morning, the next working day. The Kinedo Kineprime enclosure would have been ordered on as a stock transfer to which we can confirm that your item was available and should have been shipped and delivered to you within the estimated delivery lead time advised. At this time, we were not advised of any delays or issues with your order. We note that you had chased the delivery of your order by email on the 4th September. To which we responded advising that your order would be with your shortly. We can see that your order was successfully delivered on the 15th September.
We can only apologise for the delay with the delivery of your order. Under normal circumstances, your order would have been chased and if there are any delays with the delivery of your order, we would be in contact with you to advise and provide a new delivery lead time.
Once again, please accept our apologies for the delay.

Delivered on time. Kept up to date regarding my delivery status. The part I received wasn't the right fit for my bath. It was simple to return the item and refunded straight away. I would definitely would order again from this supplier.

I purchased an Aqualisa Aquarian …
I purchased an Aqualisa Aquarian shower valve from Showerstoyou earlier this month. Competitively priced, was well packaged and arrived quickly. Unfortunately Aqualisa's own dimensional information was a little misleading and it was obvious once I had the valve in my hand that the backplate was not going to cover the holes in the tiles left by the old shower valve this was to replace.
Showerstoyou were extremely helpful, sending me a return code promptly and issuing a full refund shortly after I returned it.
Not a successful purchase in this case but no fault of Showerstoyou and I would certainly purchase from them again
