Ordering the product was straight…
Ordering the product was straight forward and delivery was great, came in the timeframe suggested at time of purchase. The radiator was well packaged although as i bought a White Quartz radiator i think it had a little defect when it was made (i believe this is probably sprayed on?) , i contacted support and they swiftly replaced this. They organised pick-up and everything. Great service , i will definitely be using again!

Brilliant service - Merlyn Ionic Essence shower…
I ordered a Merlyn Ionic Essence shower door and inline panel. It was cheaper from Showerstoyou by about £120, almost 20% cheaper, than the other potential supplier VP.
Showerstoyou had excellent info on the product page and after ordering I got a phone call from a really helpful lady to check i’d ordered the right one, cos there are many versions - and to explain it was reversible for left/right. How good is that.
The product was delivered 2 days later - other suppliers quote 7 to 14 days.
The delivery driver was brilliant, gave me call 30 minutes ahead and delivered it safe and sound - nice, helpful strong guy - as it was awkward size and 50kgs.
Overall brilliant service at best value on market.
