I was disappointed with my wifes Xmas presemt
I was disappointed with my wifes Xmas present.
The packaging was well provided for - double boxed - tissue paper - gift bag - all the trimmings,
But, this was a false impression of whay was to follow - when opening up the box the earings were a total let down, The Wave design seen on the website were robust and the stones looked like jewels - it looked amazing. The actuals were just two very thin wire like wavey rings and the stones were so minute - and uncrecognisable.
The photos on the website were false and totally misleading. Robbed!!!!

Beautiful jewellery and fantastic customer service. I love the ring I purchased and I will be using this company in the future. There was a mix up with delivery and the staff at sif jakobs fixed it in no time

I am very angry
I am very angry. UPS have been terrible. The parcel has been sent by UPS from Denmark on 02/12 to Germany where it has stayed until now. I have asked for a full refund.

Need to use different courier
I have only given 4 stars because of the 3 days UPS not even trying to deliver my parcel to my chosen access point,finally got my parcel today.The ring I have bought for a Christmas present for my wife is good quality and well presented in a nice box.Sif Jakobs sort your couriers out they are letting a good company down.
