Company has never issued a refund
I ordered a pair of earrings and ended up needing to return them. I have never received a refund and it has been a month since they were received by the company.

Haven’t received my order
Haven’t received my order, there was an internal error made by the Sif Jacob’s team relating to import tax.
Still not resolved.
No timeline and now no responses from customer services. Disgusting service.
Sif Jacob jewellery is my favourite brand but this appalling service will make me think twice about ordering again via the website. I’ll probably try another retailer who I have confidence about fixing problems swiftly.

Ring purchase
The rings I ordered are lovely but I did originally purchased 3 but was subsequently told one was out of stock even though it was clearly available to begin with!
The delivery firm UPS were useless as I was told a 3 hour window in the morning so took morning off work and then was told it would now arrive during a 4 hour window in the afternoon. Not good

Not happy at all I received a pair of earrings on the 1st August return them the same day as didn’t look like the photo I have emailed SifJabkobs twice to see if they have received them I haven’t had a response from them not a happy customer

I was given a bracelet and it broke…
I was given a bracelet and it broke within a few months. The company then told us we could return it and they would send us a new one. We did this, only for us to be told the one I got given originally was out of stock. I was then told they would send us a voucher to order something different, they sent a voucher worth £63 when we spent £75 originally which makes no sense and is very unfair from an expensive jewellery brand. I then ordered a new necklace which is not like the pictures taken. The necklace is very very small and I have not been happy at all with this company.
