Kitchen Refurbishment
Recently had a whole refurbished kitchen from Sigma 3 and from the very beginning the service I received was outstanding. Gavin, the designer, could not have done enough for me and made my dream kitchen a reality and more. The whole process of the design, the preparation, the fitting was so smooth and any issues that arose, Gavin was on hand to solve.
John, the installation manager was so thorough, making sure the design was spot on beforehand and even checked in with me to see how things were progressing mid way through, making sure I was happy with everything.
The fitter Morgan was also first class, a perfectionist and carried out the preparation work, the fitting, everything, down to the last detail in outstanding quality. I cannot recommend Sigma 3 enough and would definitely return to them. The quality and the workmanship of their product is top class. Their customer service and how they look after their customers was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Very happy with our Sigma 3 kitchen…
Very happy with our Sigma 3 kitchen experience - it began with meeting Bryony, our very helpful and extremely patient designer in the Swansea showroom
where we explored a variety of options.
We were impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail throughout viz. -
the installation manager’s visit to check measurements,
the comprehensive and accurate timetable provided,
and even down to the protective floor coverings supplied by the delivery men.
JP and his team were very efficient in removing our old units prior to the installation of what has proved to be a dream kitchen.

Absolutely LOVE our new kitchen and could not fault the process from start to end. Morgan was incredibly thorough throughout the design process, thinking about little details that other brands overlooked, whilst also considering our budget. The kitchen was delivered & fitted on time & to the highest standard - Dean (our fitter) went above & beyond & worked very efficiently. Tony was also a great help bringing everything together. Great Result.
This was our second kitchen from Sigma 3 and we returned to them because of the great experience previously.
At Culverhouse Cross, Design Consultant Jon did an excellent job with great ideas to make the best use of the limited available space with great support from Installation Manager John who resolved an unforeseen problem efficiently and without fuss.
Units fitments and worktops are excellent quality and we are thoroughly enjoying our new kitchen.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We were welcomed to Sigma3's new showroom in Abergavenny. Displays of Kitchens were impressive and Emma worked with us through the design process and her experience and ideas were invaluable in helping us choose colours, fittings and appliances. Emma's design skills maximised space and a centre piece circular raised oak table on a plinth is a special feature !
After a home visit the same day units were specifically made to our exact requirements in Sigma3 factories in South Wales.
All units and appliances were delivered exactly on time. JPW Builders, plasterers and electrical contractors were swift and tidy. Gareth who fitted our kitchen was outstanding !

Just had our kitchen & utility totally…
Just had our kitchen & utility totally renewed by Sigma 3.
Visited the Newport store & met up with Dave, (Senior Design Consultant), who gave us the confidence of having a quality fitted kitchen from the very start.
Dave visited us & gave us some great ideas. The plans were drafted & after a few tweaks we made the decision to go with Sigma 3.
The Prep Team,(Jason, Steve, & Curly), were fantastic throughout from taking out the old kitchen ,(including the ceilings), to the electrical work, plastering, plumbing etc.
New kitchen arrived & so the rebuild began !
Dave Butcher, the kitchen fitter very meticulous is his work, & exceptional in his profession.
Quartz worktops look amazing, along with both the floor & wall tiles fitted with precision by Craig & his colleague.
Also the decorating Team Father & Son, (Nick & Nick), done a fantastic job.
Lastly thanks to Jake who carried out the plumbing along with additional work that was not on the plan.
The whole Team work together so well, & can highly recommend Sigma 3 Newport.

Outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. The Colchester Avenue store’s kitchen designer, Jose Novoa, provided an exemplary service throughout the designing and ordering process. He was extremely knowledgeable in all types of products and seemed to know exactly what we wanted before we did! Jose was patient throughout the planning stage and also attended our home to get a feel for what was needed. Once the order was complete, Craig Whitwell took over the process and kept us regularly informed of progress. The delivery went according to plan in an efficient manner. The fitter, Dennis Humphreys, was also a credit to the company and a real craftsman. We are thrilled with the end result and would highly recommend Sigma to anybody contemplating a new kitchen. Thank you again to all involved. It’s been a pleasure dealing with you all.

Excellent experience from start to finish
Excellent experience from start to finish. Following our initial enquiry regarding a new bedroom, Tom visited us at home to help design and measure the bedroom. He was very knowledgeable and able to answer our many questions. We then visited Tom at the Llansamlet showrooms where we were able view our choices in person. The showrooms had plenty of choice and we were able to view without any pressure. Once the order was placed Jason came to the house to finalise measurements and arrange delivery and installation. The delivery went ahead exactly as planned and the Simon came to fit the bedroom exactly as planned. We can't thank Sigma 3 enough and we're really happy with our end product. The bedroom was excellent value for money and the knowledge and advice from everyone involved was very much appreciated. Thanks to Sigma3 and would highly recommend.

Dream kitchen from Culverhouse cross
We had an excellent experience with Sigma 3 Kitchens from start to finish. Their design exceeded our expectations, no stress about finding builders or managing timelines and everything was completed on time. The finished kitchen is stunning and has totally transformed the space - we absolutely love it! And even though we did encounter an unexpected issue due to the house’s weird construction, they handled it brilliantly and helped resolve the issue without delay, still delivering a stunning kitchen. Everyone involved was a pleasure to work with and we can’t recommend them highly enough!

Only place I’ll go in Newport for future kitchens
Great experience from start to finish.
No change to the kitchen design or units was a problem. Katie was very patient with our frequent updates and helped us to redesign a few things to get our kitchen within budget.
Highly recommended and they also have a lovely showroom with plenty of things on display to help envisage what your new kitchen design would look like in reality.
Whole design and project was managed by sigma which made everything so easy. Couldn’t pick fault with any of the tradesmen or the work they did and you’ll struggle to find anyone as good as Chris (and his dad) for the final install.

Incredible service and finished product
We couldn’t be more thrilled with both our experience of working with Sigma 3, and the finished product. Our kitchen is even better than we dreamed of, and we can’t recommend Sigma 3 (and particularly Lacra Matei) enough.
We were recommended Sigma 3 by a friend of ours. She highly recommended Lacra and from the moment we spoke to her on the phone, we knew there was noone else we wanted to work with.
Lacra was simply fantastic- the perfect balance of patience, listening to what we wanted and making suggestions to enhance our kitchen beyond what we imagined. She knows her stuff inside out and her expertise came through in every discussion we had. Shewithout complaint made all the changes, tweaks and revisions that we wanted to make sure we got exactly what we dreamt of in our kitchen. Not just that, Lacra was a delight to work with - and we loved our zoom meetings with her.
The process itself was stress free and seamless. The communication between Lacra and ourselves was amazing. She really went above and beyond to keep us updated and informed, and she was extremely responsive at all times- and the fact we were in London and she was in Wales made absolutely no difference to the process. Lacra put us in touch with the fitter, Kris, from the Surrey branch, who was also absolutely fantastic and did an incredible (and super fast!) fit of our kitchen.
We are delighted that we went with Sigma 3 and truly have our dream kitchen. Everyone we dealt with at Sigma, in particular Lacra and Kris, were brilliant and made the process so easy and stress free for us. We absolutely would recommend Sigma 3 for anyone who wants a high end looking kitchen but with less than high end prices!

Lovely experience with Sigma3
We have had a lovely experience with Sigma3. The whole team have been fab. Rasa was very patient and creative in getting the design just right with great attention to detail; the checking of all the design spec by the technical team meant we had no fitting issues; and the installation team and supervision were exemplary. The quality of the units is fantastic and so is the style. The drawer and cabinet units and hinges are well constructed and can take a significant weight easily. And my favourite thing is the larder cupboard - makes me happy every time I use it - that, and the big drawer under the sink and the big wooden crate drawers. The units themselves came pre-made bespoke from their factory. Really sturdy and solid and well packaged. Even the delivery and rubbish collection guys were lovely and worked their socks off. The end result is one we are delighted with and the kitchen works for us, and also for a professional chef whom we had in to cater an event - he liked it. The house now has the kitchen it deserves but for a very reasonable price given the quality and service. And with the choice of colours and worktop, we find it a calm and serene place to be. If you want really good quality and service for a very fair price, we cannot recommend them enough.

From the beginning to the end David was on call and helpful in planning the kitchen and bedroom.
Tim, the manager, also checked in with us on occasions. The odd problem that occurred was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The workmanship of the units were stunning.

New kitchen in an old renovated cottage.
I had my kitchen design meeting with Emma Randall in the Abergavenny showroom. She made many helpful suggestions on the layout of the kitchen which was being installed in a property undergoing major renovations. The layout has exceeded my expectations. I now have more room and storage than I thought possible. I was kept informed throughout the process from the design to the installation. The kitchen units were professionally installed by Jamie and the worktops by Andy and his colleague. All did and an outstanding job. I am very pleased with my new kitchen. Quality Sigma kitchen.
I have recently had a SIGMA kitchen installed and couldn’t be more pleased. Superb quality cabinets and worktop. The process from design to installation was exemplary. Dean and Craig from Sigma Colchester Ave couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and accommodating and the fitter, Mike, recommended by Sigma, was exceptional. I would highly recommend.
