I did not expect that
I booked a tyre change a couple of days earlier however when I arrived at the store they seemed a little confused. Eventually I bought new tyres and paid for a tyre swap on my bike and told it was all done with no questions asked. I went for a bike ride 2 days later and 20mins in a 40k ride I realised the tyres were practically empty which left me frustrated. This ruined my ride. The store team were nice hence the 3 star but this little oversight has ruined my experience on this occasion. I would never go to a garage and change the tyre on my car and they wouldn’t put air in it so I expected that as a standard service here.

Hi Ian,
I'm very sorry to read that your tyres went flat before your ride. Unfortunately, with tubeless tyres there are rare occasions where the tyres will lose pressure after the initial setup. There are a number of variables at play in these instances but more often than not, the sealant in the tyre just needs to fully circulate around the rim and tyre interface. We often keep tubeless setups in overnight for this reason to allow them to settle. We then re pump and spin them the next day to make sure they are holding pressure. Not every instance allows us to do this when you need to take them home straight away and apologies it wasn't correctly communicated to you that you may need to re-inflate your tyres ahead of first use. Although similar in concept, they are different to car tyres and require more day to day upkeep to make sure they are safe and ready for use.
I hope the tyres are now staying inflated for you and please do give us a shout at the shop should any issues persist.

Great people at the letchworth store
Great people at the letchworth store, everyone is super attentive, i had a few mechanical problems which they helped me to fix … the only but is that i wish the bikes were a bit cheaper!

Outstanding service and support
In the process of buying a bike via my company bike to work scheme. The service I have had from Leon in the Letchworth branch has been nothing short of excellent. The bike fitting service was excellent and stopped me from making a mistake. They’ve switched kit over from my old bike without charging and been an endless source of advice. Top work fella!

Went in for a replacement tyre
Went in for a replacement tyre - which was done promptly. However, there was a further problem when I drove away on my bike (my fault from when I got the puncture) I took the bike back and after a quick play around by the mechanic he fixed it - I would have never been able to fix it. Top service and will now be returning for any issues I have because of it 👌👌👌

Many thanks for your review and your custom. Your rating however, seems a bit gratuitous. I have looked back at the communications provided to you by our web team when your order was placed and at no point did we display that the tyres you ordered online were immediately available in store for collection. In fact, our correspondence clearly states that the items are only in stock for delivery and would be available for collection from our Letchworth store once transferred. It also clearly states you would be notified when they were ready for collection, which you were, when they arrived the following day as planned.
We offer an industry-leading volume of products here at Sigma Sports and as such aren't able to stock everything in each of our stores all at once. I hope you can appreciate that, at times, what you need may have to be transferred from one of our other locations. We offer collection in store within 24 hours for products housed in our warehouse if ordered before 12pm. We met that standard here and communicated that clearly to you both via email and in person when you initially visited us.
I hope you continue to shop with us and please let us know if you need any further clarification on our Reserve and Collect sytem.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service at Sigma Sports. I needed to return and exchange a bike part that I had purchased last week, right before closing time, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. They handled everything professionally, were patient, and made the exchange process quick and hassle-free. Even though it was the end of the day, they took the time to ensure I got the correct part without making me feel rushed. Their outstanding customer service and professionalism really stood out. I highly recommend Sigma Sports to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and a great shopping experience.

Excellent performance by Sigma Sports
Excellent performance by Sigma Sports. I damaged my bike five days before going away on a cycling trip and needed to replace it very quickly. Alex found exactly the model I wanted and it was at the Letchworth store two days later and ready to collect the next day. Collection was very efficient with setup checked on static rollers and it felt right straight away when I got it home. Big thanks particularly to Alex but also Ralph and the others at Letchworth that I dealt with. Highly recommended!
