Great experience buying my Cervelo from Sigma.
You flexed your diary to fit me in.
You did not put pressure on to buy a bike.
You let me take as long as I needed.
You had coffee on hand.
I was able to have the bike checked and ready to go there and then.
You gave me a torque wrench for free.
The shop had all the brands I might have considered and a very helpful layout.
The shop was interesting rather than the dull Trek or Specialised concept stores.

Letchworth branch was excellent
Kristina at Letchworth put up with me for a 10 month wait on a Cervelo frame. With all my questions answered and even chasing Cervelo for a delivery date; the experience was easy and I always felt in the loop.
