Beaux vêtements mais..

Beaux articles mais service un peu chaotique. Une des chemises commandées était beaucoup trop grande, ne correspondant pas à une taille M. Impossible à renvoyer, l'adresse en Allemagne ne fonctionne pas, le paquet m'est revenu. Après plusieurs courriels Silksilky s'est engagé à rembourser la chemise.

SAV catastrophique, retour de colis impossible, aucune prise en charge d'un colis qui n'est pas arrivé à leur entrepôt pour défaut d'adresse alors que c'est eux qui me l'on donné Je leur ai demandé pour le dédommagement un étiquette de retour gratuite pour renvoyer mon colis encore une fois en espérant qu'ils le reçoivent mais ils ont refusé
Je ne conseille pas du tout ce site, passez votre chemin

J’ai reçu ma commande au bout de…

J’ai reçu ma commande au bout de 10jours, celle-ci n’était pas conforme. J’avais commandé 2 taies d’oreiller en soies rectangulaires et j’ai reçu 1 taie d’oreiller carré.
Ca fait 3 semaines que je parle avec une IA, et que l’on tourne en boucle.
Je n’ai jamais rencontré un service aussi catastrophique.
Je souhaite être remboursé mais visiblement l’IA n’accepte pas cette demande.
Je me suis bien faite avoir et c’est la 1ere fois que cela m’arrive.
Très très mécontente surtout après avoir déboursé 65€.

Produit de qualité médiocre : soie annoncé alors que ça n'est pas, les coutures sont mal faites... Bref je pense que je me suis faite arnaquée...
J'ai écris pour renvoyer le produit, pas de réponse, relance pas de réponse non plus.. je pense qu'ils font les morts pour que le délai de rétraction de 14 jours soit passé et vu que dans leur CDG les retours doivent être validés par eux pour être recevables je crois que j'ai perdu 24€...

J’ai renvoyé l’article car la couleur…

J’ai renvoyé l’article car la couleur ne me plaisait pas le vert tendait vers le gris. Et par ailleurs les bretelles étaient pas ajustables.
J’ai renvoyé le colis le 22 décembre. Je suis toujours actuellement en attente du remboursement.
Par ailleurs, il me paraît désagréable d’échanger avec une IA via les mails.
