I've been with Silux for nearly 2 years now, and I've had nothing but exceptional service from them. Their price for the contract and loan of the router is superb. Most of the time I've been with them, the speeds have been brilliant. The odd couple of times it dropped speed, was simply to do with three upgrading the 5g masts where I live, but after contacting Silux, they were the ones who told me about this, and also done a SIM reset. Even when I've had difficulty with my camera's dropping out, they helped me to resolve this by offering a numerous amount of solutions I could try. Very in depth, and helpful they all are. It's the main reason that I've decided to continue being a Silux customer after my contract ends. I honestly can't praise them highly enough!
Avoid them. I raised a return. I returned the item and they don’t reply to my emails now. I have been asking for more than two weeks now for my refund but they completely ignored me.

The most recent instance I was text at 4pm on a day, requesting payment by 9am the next morning. I made payment just before 10pm but they've since terminated my service and my number is now lost.

I am using premium package for a while now and been great, super speeds , highly recommend, customer service has been excellent 4. I got the lite package found it was a little slow, they offered upgrade to premium at no upgrade fees, now it’s going well, happy , friendly and superb service.
Very friendly and helpful , really appreciate that.
Got my new unlimited sim, cheapest I could find an all working great, very happy , extending my 3 month contract to 24 months with them.

On this second experience the router speed was quite good and it was the apps not loading on my devices. You mentioned on emails I opted for cancellation. This was because it was a Saturday and your business was closed till the following Monday. I contacted ZTE and they advised a reset. My initial review was a bit to harsh

Excellent value, with unlimited data, calls, and texts within the UK. I've never experienced any issues and believe I'll continue to use them despite any advertisements for sales.
They are amiable, highly communicative, and go above and beyond; well done Silux.
Requested to activate sim more then month ago still processing. However promised activate 24-48 hours.

Great communication, was not all perfect in the beginning, my first internet box did not work well but their customer service was excellent, it got replaced quickly and with no delay. Thank you Silux.
Never had any issues with this service provider, 3 months later i took another contract, all going well so far.
Excellent high speed broadband, with speeds of over 350Mbps, really happy, better than fiber.
Been really pleased since switching to Silux Mobile, very happy.
No loss of signal and excellent value for money, Great service provider. Recommended.
Registered and ordered a 7 day free trial SIM. SIM arrived and activated, recognised in the router as active but no data connection. Called Silux mobile and told to put SIM in phone. Put SIM in phone and same situation. Phoned back and told they will reactivate and try again in one hour, and if no resolve then they can't help me further. Waited 2 hours, still the same. Reset settings on phone and restarted and still the same. No point in calling back as they said they can't help any further. Tested both 4g router and phone with Tesco SIM and both work fine, just not with the Silux SIM. Account deleted due to lack of support.

Fantastic result to obtain 4g Internet connection streaming films on tv including through amazon firestick in my static caravan (with external antenna). Used wayco router with removable antenna and free 7 day unlimited data sim which I will be upgrading to 3 monthly deal. Many thanks siluxmobile. Well done. AlanR
We use it 2 years, so far. Was skeptic, as never heard of them before, but all is stable and without issues. No other company can beat their low prices, too

Never met so much of a sorry bunch then have the cheek to state that I was the one who is vile.
Best advice to anyone is. Pay that bit extra and avoid these idiots at all costs.
Nothing they can say will ever change the fact of what they are.
Nothing pro about these. Just a bunch of cons!
