Javier found an apartment for us in just one day.
He also answered all our questions and provided the necessary information to help the passenger make a decision about the apartment.

Our experience has been wonderful. Nice, clean apartment and good location. Customer service has been amazing -- anytime we had any issues or concerns, we had the pleasure of working with Loveday, who is always very quick to respond and had issues resolved quickly. Not to mention, she is so kind, friendly, and helpful, and every interaction with her has been delightful. Great job to her and her team!

Sense of service and reliability
We rented an apartment in Madrid Goya for 3.5 months. Following a bad experience, we were cautious and needed reassurance before making our choice. Javier was very attentive, addressing all our concerns, and we do not regret choosing SilverDoor. The apartment was well-equipped and clean. Javier and Michael were always available and responsive throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to contact them for another visit.
