I made my first order a few days ago and unfortunately the tray arrived damaged . I emailed about this issues and a day later I had a replacement . Good quality and excellent customer service

I purchased two high quality ceramic bakers from I love Haus as the prices were lowest I could find. As a much appreciated bonus, they gave me a generous first purchase discount. Also, time between order and delivery was less than expected. Highly recommended.

Bread baker excellent. Hadn’t used one before, but it works well, and cooks an excellent loaf.

The discount coupon I was given from an earlier purchase wasn’t working online, so I called them and the representative was very helpful, upbeat, quick and efficient. I have to admit though that the ruffled tart dish was so much larger than I expected. I have no idea what to do with a tart dish that size. Anyway, thank you for your great service.
