Cufflink loss leads to some of the best customer service I've ever received.
On 16 February 2015, I lost one of my cufflinks on the walk to the station. I had always had an issue with them coming loose from the 'inside' cufflink holes, but had never had one come out entirely before. I contacted Simon Carter that morning to provide feedback on the design of the cufflink, and was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply from Malcolm within the hour stating that he would pass on my feedback to the design team and that he was willing to replace my lost cufflink. I thought this a very kind gesture, and following a few clarifying emails and a phone call, a new pair of cufflinks arrived on Thursday 19 February. Malcolm is a credit to the company, and I cannot praise his customer service highly enough. Thank you again Malcolm.
Amazing customer service
What can I say , malcolm responded very quickly to my emails even sending a photo of the necklace to me. Ordered on Monday received on Wednesday, beautifully presented now I just hope my son loves it as much as I do. Thank you very much. Would definitely buy again from the Simon Carter team

Watches and Jumpers
I've bought watches in the past from Simon Carter and the latest, albeit in the sale, is great value & it looks good. It was dispatched quickly and arrived in a couple of days. My only gripe was the packaging it was a bit OTT and really unnecessary.
My wife bought me a jumper for christmas this year and l'm very pleased with it, a good choice.

Having ordered online a few times now, I have never had any issues. Delivery is prompt, packaging is great, and when I had an issue with an item, communication and replacement were dealt with promptly.
And of course, the products on offer ate first rate too

I ordered a pair of gloves from the United States and ran into a minor issue with my initial order being out of stock. Customer support was incredibly helpful and expedited an alternate solution in short order, including free international shipping due to the transaction size. I will certainly order from them again.
Communication could improve, but still all-around pleasant experience
I placed an order during a holiday sale event. It turns out that the warehouse was closed during the holidays and, understandably, delivery of my order was therefore delayed. An email to follow up was returned promptly, and my order reached me soon thereafter.
During this process, there was no change to the status of my order on the SC website.
If closures are anticipated, it would be helpful to have an automated email to customers placing orders so they know to expect some delay. It may also be beneficial to review how the status on customer orders is updated on the website, to see if there is any room for quicker updates (for example, letting me know my order was received and being processed or that my order had shipped).

Efficient service and quick delivery, cuff links in the sale were good value. Wool checked iPad cover was good, but a shame the checks weren't level.

Good product but spoiled by very slow delivery
I have an extensive collection of Simon Carter items as I believe the price point and quality is high end. Unfortunately this order did not live up to the standard I expect as the delivery was incredibly slow (over two weeks) and the packaging for the cufflinks has been revamped and has lost the quality feel that the boxes always had.
The best service ever!
I ordered cuff links (Frog) and within 5 days they were delivered in the Netherlands. Because the box didn't close properly, I sent an e-mail. No problem, i was sent a new, beautiful giftbox pronto!!

I purchased a wallet for my husband who unfortunately has a birthday in early January. As the warehouse was shut over the festive period I contacted Malcolm at Simon Carter to see if there would be any chance of my order being dispatched in time for 6th Jan. Malcolm kindly put our order to the top of the pile on Mon 5th and arranged for a one day guaranteed delivery. Received the beautiful wallet today (6th) so will be able to give my husband his gift later. Great customer service, great communication, quality product. Would have no reservation in recommending Simon Carter whatsoever.
