Excellent packaging and fast delivery
Excellent packaging and fast delivery. Answered questions I had quickly.
I sent a video of my previous door lock, Simpled advised that slim smart lock was 99% likely to fit. I had a little bit of filing to do to the pvc door to enable the lock to be installed. It’s working well now.

Great experience
Great experience. First off, the lock is a game changer - Never carry any keys. The experience of this seems minimal, but it’s huge. Second, I can never lock myself out. Third, I have 3 of these installed across my property and one of them was giving me issues, worked with support and they were amazing. Sent me out a new lock, with free rerun label for the other unit. So easy, very responsive, pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

Really smart packaging
Really smart packaging, product works really well with fingerprint, pin code or phone access. Looks smart on my door too. Only slight negative is the separate 45mm mortice lock I bought to go with it was designed for aluminium doors and not timber so my locksmith had to supply and fit an extra piece. Apart from that all good.

Ordered New. Received Old. Sorted Quickly
Initially, I had a problem with the unit I received. I ordered via Amazon and was sent a refurbished unit with no fobs, keys, remote, etc included in the box, despite ordering a brand new one at £299.
I contacted Simpled direct as soon as it was received and Sara came back to me really quickly. She apologised for the confusion and arranged to send out a brand new one right away. I received a new one the next day (with all the accessories).
I'm yet to install the lock to my front door, but I wanted to leave a review due to how proactive they were to resolve my issue.

Great smart lock
The lock that I have is great, it has worked really well for a year. I would happily buy one again.
I contacted customer services about an issue and they were quick to help which shows a company that also cares.

I have two locks installed and they work flawlessly
I have two locks installed, a cylinder lock for nearly 12 months and a front door lock for 6 months. Both function perfectly and allow for multiple card, passcodes and fingerprints to be used per lock. I had reason to contact technical support and they resolved my query effortlessly (a network setup issue rather than an issue witrh the lock). I wouldn't hesitate to fit another Simpled lock should the need arise.

Great product. Great company
I used simpled door locks on both my own home and an Airbnb. So convenient and easy to use.
For the Airbnb I use a door lock plus keypad which saves on lost keys and is very convenient for guests.
Great advice from simpled on which system I needed. Recommend to all and great value for money.

I own two and I'll be buying more!
I've used the smart handle on my own house (kids and keys are a terrible mix!) I was so impressed that I upgraded my small business lockup that's accessed by a number of people.
Both locks worked perfectly for nearly 2 years, a minor fail in the one on my house (used far less so just unfortunate I think) was replaced within 24 hrs with no questions asked.
Genuinely can't fault these guys - BRILLIANT!

Easy to order easy to install
Easy to order easy to install, however this is as good as it gets. My lock lasted just about three months had numerous emails on Friday as the lock just died, done the usual change batteries, tried email via the site where they ask for a video but could t send video due to the site having a block on .mov files.
If I get a replacement it will be up for sale as I’ll go elsewhere for one
Ok so when I wrote this I was waiting for a reply from simpled then today the new lock arrived.
Shame nobody commutated to let me know a new one was in the post
