Worst service ever, 29$ month with slower data switched to ultra mobile good service at half price 12 month for 6,$ month if paid 12 month with 4 g data

Constantly problems

Phone service constantly cutting out in metro areas, charging for more than what is billed and refusing to correct or refund difference, unable to watch videos/receive gifs in text form even with unlimited 5g data at the beginning of the cycle. Would’ve never signed up with them had I of known the constant issues I’d deal with.

Lost a lot of money phones jobs network to the success world of entrepreneurs half of the scams is from the people hacking into our phone lines these guys got vip access we cooked lol

I called cause at the time when they activated my sim halfway I couldn’t get any text messages

The heavy accent sounded 99.9% Asian south east any way breathing hard in my ear kept asking me to come again come again I told him stop saying that weirdo say can you repeat the numbers it was like he was enjoying hearing my voice im from Yemen and this is a true statement

No te dejan darte de baja

Increíble lo de esta empresa (simple) , he hecho la portabilidad a otra y me dicen que tengo que enviar el equipo con un código por correos o si no me cobran 30 euros, llevo dias sin recibir el código, cuando llamo para pedirlo me cuelgan sin miramientos, me dan número de teléfono del almacén, llamo y una señora súper borde me dice que eso es almacén... en resumen me estan poniendo muchísimas trabas para devolver el equipo supongo que para poder cobrármelo.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Sharina from tech support — she was absolutely amazing. Honestly, Simply Mobile itself was extremely complicated to deal with, and activating the phone took about an hour and a half. The process was frustrating and I wouldn’t recommend the company overall. But Sharina was patient, professional, and determined to make it work, and somehow she did. If any management happens to read this — please give Sharina a raise! She’s the only reason this review gets five stars.

Do not use Simple Mobile

I’m genuinely outraged and frustrated to the point where I’m writing a review to warn others. This is the worst service provider to ever exist. I had an “unlimited data plan” with them and always lost service a week prior to it ending. I called their customer service two days ago and asked them to remove an old line from my plan and I woke up to them having removed my line instead. Contacted customer service again and the representative told me that they made a mistake and would add my line back into my family plan. I was on the phone with her for THREE hours (not an exaggeration) and she even made me delete my ESIM from cellular only to be told that their system hasn’t updated and that I’d need to call back the next day. Called back the next day, they removed a total of two more lines from my plan. Called customer service again frustrated and was not helped whatsoever. Ended up telling them to cancel my service with them which was what I should’ve done a millennia ago. All their representatives are clueless foreigners that have no idea what they’re doing. Guess it’s easier to pay foreigners overseas on cheap pay instead of hiring actual professionals with experience! Do not use Simple/Ultra mobile!

Malos malo malísimos

Malos malo malísimos, en cuanto pueda me voy de ahí. Mal servicio.
Me han dejado sin línea móvil una semana según una incidencia de la zona y todavía sigo. No puedo llamar, ni me pueden llamar, solo por wifi...No tienen servicio técnico urgente los sábados ni domingos.

Very unheplful or uninformative on almost all levels

After 12 hours on not having phone service and trying to reactivate my phone i had the dreaded task of calling into support. After being harassed by one of the worst automated systems in existence I got to speak with a rep. finally getting someone on the phone and explaining my situation they neither knew what phone i have had for over 6 months activated on their service nor how long ive been a customer. ( which was embarrassingly long) long story short couldn't solve problem and then got hung up on multiple times before being told they would call me back. I knew it was bs and was just over the whole thing and switched to boost within 10 minutes of getting off phone for over 2 hours.

simple mobile is shit if you buy 30…

simple mobile is shit if you buy 30 dollar card at a set data limit they dont slow you down they cut you off unless you buy another refill card its $50 a month vrs $45 a month with straight talk and if you have a month you need to buy the cheaper card yes they trottle your data but you still have data just slower so why would i stay with simple mobile on the 11 th of oct my time expires and when it does i will be going back to straight talk switching to simple mobile was a mistake i will be correcting

SIMPLE Mobile is not just bad — it’s an outright fraud. This company operates like a criminal racket, stealing money from customers while hiding behind endless phone menus and robots. You call for help, and they bury you in a maze with no exit. You ask for service, and they give you silence. This is not incompetence — it is a deliberate strategy to cheat people.

Their network is a disgrace: constant dropped calls, nonexistent data, and SIM cards that expire without warning. They cut off loyal customers over pennies, but when they overcharge you, they vanish. This is theft, plain and simple.

A company that cannot answer its phones, cannot serve its clients, and cannot keep its promises should not be allowed to operate. They have betrayed the trust of every single customer who ever signed up.

I say this clearly: SIMPLE Mobile is a scam, and people need to know it. Shut it down.

Unprofessional and very rude

Let me write my review real quick because they're going to shut my service off I've been with simple mobile for a year and a half and I asked for one day grace. Because I just got back from Mammoth lakes California and I couldn't make it into a store I tried to stores one in Norwalk and one in Orange county and I couldn't find a simple mobile store around so I couldn't you know pay my bill you know there are small company I had more drop calls when I was up in Mammoth their customer service sucks and I called them and asked to get a one-day grace period so I could so my phone service wouldn't be shut off and they wouldn't give me a one-day grace. And I've been with him for like I said a year and a half their money hungry and their service is is the worst and I'm writing this review and I'm sending it hopefully someone out there that's thinking about getting simple Mobile will read my review and they won't get the service because it really is a rotten service it's very bad customer service is bad very poorly Ron trust me don't don't use them don't use them they are the worst

I have been with S M a year

I have been with S M a year. I lose days every month . Every time I go pay for the next month, I lose a day. I cannot afford to lose service days. I am switching when my time runs out this time.

The internet signal is the worst, The customer service is the worst

The service is the worst. You can not even reach their customer service by phone, they keep you waiting forever. And phone service, the worst, phone signals including internet access is so bad, you can't rely on its service especially in case you are in very emergency situiation. I am gonna have to cancel my mine and my wife's service with them and go with another company.

Almost to forgot to mention, they over charge you. Charge your credit card with totally different amount ( that you are supposed to be charged) without your permission. The worst experience!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PHONE SERVICE

I don't know what has happened over the past few months, you cannot speak to anyone in customer service. My debit card was charged twice with no one to speak to about a reversal... I'm going to dispute out with my bank, block the company from my card, and I'm going to T-Mobile.

I called this company twice to get my fone out of auto refill these pples didn't answer my call I set up a call back these pples called my fone twice and didn't say nothing and then they say punch 1 for English then a foreigner get on the gone and I didn't understand what the person was saying smdh I give simple mobil a F and they need to shut they company down

I wish I could give a "0". Horrible customer service, or better NONE. Was on the phone for over 2 hours trying to get a service rep. Unfortunetely no one picked up my call. Time to go soewhere else.

No need to elaborate on the host of issues. Let's just say it is a combination of ALL of the issues listed here in the reviews; customer service wait time, unable to resolve ANY problem, lack of understanding what the problem is...the list goes on. This is the last month for Simple Mobile. I am getting another provider. It is just ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!
