Customer service in the UK is generally awful, so it was a total pleasure to speak to people who have an understanding of their product coupled with an understanding of their customers' needs.

CJ at SimplyNUC was brilliant, got my item shipped quickly and kept in touch all the way, answered my questions and made the whole process seamless, even when I decided to return the product and upgrade to a more powerful unit he again was brilliant and informative. Was refunded quickly and Daniel at SN kept in touch to advise that the unit was returned and the refund was on the way. Can't say anything negative about this company. Above all their products are great, their service exemplary.

Hi purchased my Nuc fully configured from SimplyNuc because all the reviews said you were the best and I have to say I agree 100%. I judge a company by their aftersales service and yours is second to none, the people I spoke to when my Nuc went wrong actually listened gave me useful advice on the phone and emailed me straight away. So I returned my faulty Nuc and within 14 days I've received a new one which is working perfectly, so I would just like to say a very big thanks to you and your team I am already looking at my next purchase and the five-year guarantee is worth every penny. I am a domestic customer but wow what a great service.

A good website with details of all their products (huge selection), though a comparison feature would be useful. Ordering the product was very straight forward and delivery from Ireland was just 2 days.
Cannot fault the company and service at all. Will revisit when funds are back up!

Pre-ordered some two months in advance. Almost one month delayed. Had to return not once, but twice! First time due to power failure, second due to excessive fan scraping the internal of the case! Not very impressed at all if I'm honest. The hardware itself has been the only saving grace, but even that came at a very high price!
