Interested in the Beast Canyon, I used the chat facility to ask a few questions. Based in the UK it was late in the evening, and I got a reply from Rell over in the states.
Extremely helpful, Rell did his upmost to help me and answered all of my queries. He then passed me over to the UK team.
Chris then offered an excellent level of service, being upfront and honest about timescales and helped me place my preorder.
Chris was very responsive whilst I was impatiently asking for delivery updates, then once dispatched, the Beast was with me within the day!

I had a rather urgent requirement to replace an ageing system and decided to approach Simply NUC. I couldn't have made a better choice. They had exactly what I needed (size, power, components) but I also needed some advice.

In steps 'C J Ramm' who guided me through the process smoothly, all the time checking stock levels to ensure I could get what I needed.

I can't fault the process, or C J in any way, it was a pleasure from my point of view.

The very first unit they sent had a faulty SSD.
It took a veeeeeery long time for me to receive a replacement unit but I eventually did.

Although prices are not cheapest in the world, Simply Nuc has premium service. I had difficulties on getting my order finished and they contacted me without asking and helped me out. Although I ordered an item that was in backorder status, it was available much sooner than I expected. And I have never experienced quicker delivery than in this case after the item came available. It took 2.5 days from UK to Estonia, to my door (I have used to receive national deliveries with such speed). Highly recomending

Trying to aquire my Nuc this year has been quite a hassle due to the semiconductor shortage and the pandemic still roaring around the world. SimplyNuc has been amazing to work with and they are really great at taking care of their customers (shoutout to Jodie). Professional, kind, trustworthy and very easy to work with.

When I need an upgrade I'll definitely will order from SimplyNuc again.

I was looking to purchase a unit on the web page, but ran into trouble checking out with PayPal. I believe this is an error with my company card. Regardless, I was contacted directly by Sales Admin, Jodie, who was very quick and helpful in creating a quote an setting up a payment link which worked without any trouble.

Due to chippageddon, I've been struggling to find anyone with actual stock on the shelves that is ready to ship. I hunted around my usual distributors and other sources like eBuyer and Amazon to no avail. Step in Jodie, she works at Simply Nuc and has been an absolute dream to work with. From the initial contact through to completion, she's always been there, very responsive on email, had the answers to hand and was always ready with whatever was asked for. Now all I need to do is prep them all up, anyone available to give me a hand? No? Thought not.

Used the online chat to enquire and order, everything techy was explained well and the costs were set out in an easy to understand way, responded quickly to my questions in a friendly and efficient manner. Good service, will use again.

I wanted to order a NUC from them - and when it came to payment it only offered me paypal - as I don't use that or want to use that service I contacted them and they provided me a link to be able to pay without a paypal account. All of this happened within an hour.
