great product - but we paid for 2 working day delivery - by the second working day it hadn't left the delivery companies warehouse...it did then in fact get delivered later on the 3rd day.

Your order was placed at 1pm on August 7th, after the 12pm cutoff time for same-day dispatch. This meant it was dispatched on the 8th, on the 2-working-day delivery service you paid for. The order was then delivered on the 2nd working day (12th August), as per the dispatch and delivery guidelines we set out on the website and checkout page.
However, we appreciate your feedback and will look to see if we can implement any more information to make it clearer for customers moving forward.

Excellent service from Simply Underlay. Although they do not have a telephone service, my email requesting some advice was answered very quickly and in detail by a very helpful chap called Mike. I found their prices were amongst the best on the Web. Can recommend Simply Underlay without hesitation and will be ordering from them again.

Great price compared to shop retail…
Great price compared to shop retail prices . Delivery very reasonably priced against others. On time delivery day wise, my only issue was with a 8.00 -18.00 time slot which meant we couldn't go out during that time. 4 hour slots would be better as other delivery companies offer. Not laid the underlay at the time of writing but checked it on the roll and it seems ideal.
