I didn’t get the joining tape I ordered that cost me £23. Other than that underlay arrived quickly.

Hi Laura.
We're disappointed to read this review as we had no idea you hadn't received your tape and have no correspondence from yourself notifying us of this. The tape is packed in the outer bag of the underlay for ease of transport, so they can slip around during shipping. If you've yet to install your underlay, you will likely find them as you unpack it.
If you have definitely not received your tape, please contact our customer service team and we will of course send you out replacements or refund you.

Superior underlay at competitive price …
The Treadaire underlay arrived promptly from Simply Underlay and was at a very competitive price, less than half the cost of the carpet showroom. The underlay appears to be of excellent quality, but only time will tell. The tape that I ordered at the same time, went missing during transit but Simply Underlay sent a replacement without qualms. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

Quick delivery and easy returns process, would recommend company
Made large order which was delivered in expected time frame. Had over ordered and after emailing customer services, easy instructions to return extra and was refunded the following day.
Would have like to discuss the best underlay to order at the beginning but there no longer seems to be telephone number to speak to a real person.

Order experience
Easy to place an order. Correct material delivered. Originally Informed underlay would be delivered on a Monday. Confirmation came that underlay would be delivered early, on the Friday. It didn't arrive. Further confirmation was received that it would be delivered on the Monday, which it did. Cost me a day at home.
The underlay has a violet backing on one side and a mesh backing on the other side. I cannot find on the Simply Underlay website any instruction as to which side goes down. I'm assuming violet.
Generally pleased.

Slight mix-up with the delivery
Slight mix-up with the delivery. Was originally scheduled for the Monday and then I got a msg Wednesday of the previous week saying it would be delivered on Thursday. Waited in all day and it wasn’t delivered until the following day.
