Only just fitted but also seems to be better at insulating and the rooms seem warmer

5 Star experience from the start
5 Star experience from the start! Very easy ordering and my order arrived well packaged and 1 day earlier than expected. Each roll was individually wrapped and perfect. The underlay was easy to fit and the quality exceeded our expectations !
I would very highly recommend and will be ordering again in the near future.

I found the exact underlay that I wanted at a very good price, we had some issues with the delivery company, but Mike at Simply Underlay was outstanding at getting a new roll out to us so it arrived in time to be fitted before Christmas.

Unfortunately, although we dispatched your order on time (3rd of December), the courier, DX, was experiencing unprecedented demand on its network due to Black Friday, which led to a handful of orders being delayed at the central hub.
So, while we expected your order to be delivered on Friday 6th, it slipped to Monday, one working day later than expected. We apologise for the inconvenience caused, especially on such an important day, but there was honestly nothing more we could do on this occasion.

The experience was made great by the delivery driver. I’m 68 and although in good health I’m not as strong as I used to be. The delivery driver was doing what should in truth be done by two men. He brought all 10 rolls of underlay into my home. He deserves 12/10

I ordered two rolls of underlay which were a fantastic price and quality. There was a slight delay with delivery which was down to the courier with one of the rolls. I contacted customer services and (Mike) replied, he rectified the issue immediately so a special thanks to him.
