Amazing support - they replaced a failed power supply for some of our collocated equipment in the middle of the night, all while I was asleep and unaware a problem had even occurred.

An amazing and friendly support team!

Our company has had a few issues with our servers due to natural causes (tiny bits of downtime, upgrades, etc). Whenever we have an issue, the support team is quick to respond, friendly in their messaging, and always helpful to get to a resolution as fast as possible, while giving as much technical detail as you need.
