Great Products Great Service - Highly Knowlegable Team
I love dealing with these guys. Its not the cheapest service but I get what I pay for. From the initial sales enquiry they started to build a relationship with me for the long term and thats only strengthened over time.
its great having the knowledge that if something does go wrong, I can pick up the phone and they are there to help. I don't get some idiot on the other end of the phone who knows no more than me - I get a professional who gives me the answer I need (and usually a follow up email with further explanatory information)
All this to say I highly recommend Sitehost. Let me give a special shout out to Charlie who has been very helpful and patient with me through my latest migration. Thanks Charlie :)

Great Kiwi owned and operated company.
SiteHost are a great company to deal with and their support is amazing. I love that in a world where all the competition is getting bought up by large multi-nationals they are still here and still providing great service.

Pretty good support.
Pretty good support.. They speak to you on the phone , answer promptly and you can actually understand them ..Emails are answered promptly as well and they know what they are doing.. Product is good and priced right!

Solid systems and staff
I've been a SiteHost customer for almost 10 years. During that time they have been consistently reliable. Their staff are particularly excellent, always happy to help, even for non-urgent issues raised during the weekends. Their services are more expensive than some of the budget options, but if you can afford it they're a solid choice. Your money will fund their great hiring choices, continuous upgrades and regular additions of free t-shirts to your wardrobe.
