Really good support and fast communications

Been with Sitehost for over 10 years now. Their systems are clearly presented, easy to use, and their technical knowledge is excellent. Stability of course follows from all that.

Always quick and great support! Never had an issue that couldn't be solved by Sitehost.

Very fast response, within minutes of my message. Information provided also fully resolved my issue. Sitehost helpdesk are always fantastic.

Sitehost are a local company who delight in being the best at what they do - including client support.
1 - They are local so you talk to people who are in the same country and situation you are. They understand your needs
2 - They are technically excellent
3 - They take pride in their service and work hard to be the very best they can be
4 - If there is an issue they fix it. No ones perfect but people who just get on and sort out mistakes rock!!
5 - They make an awesome t-shirt each year. James May says you can tell the state of a company by their kazee (toilet). I say you can tell how excellent sitehost are by the tshirts they design and send.

We have hosted servers, DNS, domains and email with them. We have never ever been disappointed in the products they supply. Simple and effective management portal. Sub 60 minutes support to every inquiry we have had.

Sitehost have consistently provided a high standard of service and excellent availability. On the rare occasions I have needed to contact them the help has been exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We switched to using SiteHost about two years ago and can honestly say they are the best hosting company I have used in the past 10 years. Their support is prompt and pro-active. The best part is their servers are based in New Zealand so no latency and super fast access for our cloud based aps and for our customers.

We have multiple sites on Sitehost and have very pleased with both performance and especially those few times when we have needed to query or get an issue sorted. Having dealt with multiple hosting companies both in NZ and all round the world I do very much rate Sitehost and have recommended them to others.

Exceptional, to-the-point service that's always clear, concise and fast. Most if not all our requests to the support-desk are answered on the same day with helpful responses and actioned with the best outcome in mind.

Having used various other NZ based companies over the years, only to have them swallowed up by larger and/or overseas companies, it's a massive relief to have found Sitehost.

Our previous providers support went progressively downhill with each company takeover. Their domain management systems became harder to use and buggy to a point that a simple change (or what should be simple) could not be actioned without a support ticket or call being made.

Don't be tempted by the big competitors and overseas companies - support local and you won't regret it. Go with Sitehost.

Initially the ask for advice was by phone call and despite the promise of a follow up email this did not arrive. Emailed this morning and a reply with a cure was received just a smidgen over the hour. All sorted.

Always there to help, I am not at all good at tech stuff and they answer all my questions and don't make me feel bad about asking like I have had in the past from other places. I have been with them for years and will be for many more. Thank you
