I’m really disappointed. I bought the shoes during a sale, but just two days later the price dropped by another $40. When I asked to adjust my bill, they said no because my size wasn’t in stock at the lower price. But other sizes were still available on sale, so that excuse doesn’t make sense. It feels unfair, and the customer service was disappointing. I probably won’t buy from here again.

Trash company. Their online inventory is never accurate and they refuse to fix it.
Their customer service is also unreliable.
Don’t waste your money buying anything from their website. Jd sports or footlocker is much more reliable and professional.

Do not buy anything from this website. They do not allow for exchanges, will point the finger at you and hang up if needed. Completely rude staff, I was shocked how they spoke to me.

As a new customer I’ve purchased a pair of Jordan’s that was on sale that I really like only to realize a few days later they charged me twice for the shoe I’ve sent multiple messages regarding the issue and they can’t seem to resolve the issue when I opened the package upon arrival the shoes were laying down on top of the paper inside the box the left shoe was flawless and the right with defects with a crooked tongue it looked as I got sent a display pair I was in shock and very disappointed avoid size at all costs never again $170 down the drain that they apparently know nothing about

They are awful; I have had two orders in a row canceled because they ran out of stock. Caused me to miss out on a couple of hype releases. I will never trust them again.

First time shopping very disappointed.
I received my shoes with dirty soles. They suggested to return them and be replace them for a pair in good condition. I returned them and after two weeks I received the same shoes with dirty soles again. This company is a lack of truthfulness and professionalism, I was paying for a brand new sneakers, not for a used ones. I won’t shop here again.

Do not deal with this company or most certainly not through online purchase.
I'm a senior and they sent the wrong item. No way to return, no reply to emails.
I have no car to return the item.

I was a little leery to order after the reviews but for their prices thought I would try. So glad I did!! Items were sent in two days - had both products after 5. Both products were exactly what I ordered and so impressed with pricing.

I made a rash response to Size? Company website previously. I will say I contacted them they guided me through the issue with no credit card option I reluctantly made my order on a Friday evening… it said 10-15 business days for delivery… I received it Monday morning after ordering it on a Friday night. Kudos to Size ? I’d highly recommend this company

This was my first time ordering from them and it will be my last. They sent me jeans with menstrual blood in the crotch area. In all my years of online shopping i’ve never had such an awful experience. Don’t buy from here!

My shoes were delivered to the wrong address. Size? refused to take any responsibility for the error, even with photo proof that the order was delivered to the wrong place.

I saw shoes I liked through (targeted) social media. (Product: Nike Cortez SE Wheat Gold / White - Coconut Milk). Everything was good but the excitement died soon after because the shoes were too narrow and smaller in size. I usually wear sneakers, 9 and I purchased 9.5. Now I can't return/exchange the shoes because "This product is final sale and is excluded from returns." What the hell??? Online shopping-wise, it doesn't matter if anything is Final Sale or what, unless you have bought the exact thing before there is a majority chance it may turn out not exactly as anticipated and to dump that on the customer is BAD CUSTOMER CARE.

After reading most of the reviews, I was a bit reluctant to pass an order but I did anyways since my daugher really wanted to shows.
Order on a Monday night and got them delivered the Wednesday. Product was nickel as well as the size.

It was my first time ordering something at size.ca! While ordering I was not to confident since most of the reviews were negative , but everything was good! I ordered my shoes on Monday, and received my order 2 days after knowing that I don’t live near Toronto! The track was always updated ! Really a good experience.The shoes are in good quality.

If I can give a zero I will. No customer service. Does not ship orders. Read the other reviews so you’ll understand what I’m saying. Stay away from this site and look elsewhere like Ssense, Farfetch or Italist.

Customer Service is non existent (no email answers in weeks, no phone support). Orders do not ship for weeks, if at all. Best you can eventually hope for is to have your order cancelled and refunded without explanation (again, after weeks of wait). Store used to be great, but completely went downhill in recent months.

I ordered a pair of sneakers on march 10th... now the date is March 27th... no news, nothing. I've sent 6 e-mails, no answer from anyone... At this point, i just want my money back. Last time i order from them. This is ridiculous
