Customs issues but excellent service team
The product I ordered was only available at this location in Canada or online. The store had issues shipping the product to the US, which caused a substantial delay. Throughout the delay Customer Service was responsive and available. Both by phone (although contacting them can be challenging) and with email correspondence. I never felt the need to request cancellation or refund as customer service did a great job keeping me engaged and updated. Prior to the next big drop I recommend Size fully prepare themselves for shipping or don’t offer international shipping.

Ordered shoes for my son over a month ago. He used his money he saved paid for express shipping. Shoes never arrived. We have been on hold unable to speak to someone when we call. I have emailed no response. What customer service? Very disappointed

Worst customer service
Worst customer service, bought a size 10 and it does not fit at all. I have sent multiple emails and phone call no answers its been over a month. I do not recommend this website 0/10. I bought shoes for 200$, this was a complete waste.

Placed an order on 10 February 2023. As of today, the order has not been processed nor has it been shipped. I placed a phone call to their Toronto store to see if I could get some assistance that way. The sales associate looked up my order and confirmed that no action had been taken towards my order. Moreover, they suggested that if my order had not been processed by now that it was likely the shoes were sold out and that the order would not be fulfilled. They advised me to contact customer service to seek a refund. Unfortunately, no one ever responds when calling the customer service line no matter how many times I call in and put myself on hold. This retail experience is up there as one of the worst I have ever had to endure. I will not be ordering from Size.ca ever again.
Brutal customer service
Brutal customer service. I have sent 2 emails and officially requested a return slip via the procedures listed on their site. It's been over a month with zero reply or return instuctions. You try to call their customer service line and it just rings busy. This company is a joke.
Return Policy not enforced, unable to get in touch with customer service
I ordered a pair of Air Jordans on Dec 29th 2022 and I received them on Dec 30th 2022. They didn't fit, so I followed the return instructions and filed the form for return approval on Dec 30th 2022 on their website.
The shoes were not marked as Final Sale.
Size claims it takes 1-2 business days to approve a return request. We are now January 10th 2023, I have yet to receive a response and a prepaid label from them. Even while factoring in holidays and New Year, it's now been almost 2 weeks without any follow-up. I have tried emailing them a few times and received no response from customer service (followed up on January 5th 2023 and today January 10th 2023). I called their customer support number, you wait 15mins to talk to a representative before a pre-recorded message tells you they are experiencing a technical issue and automatically disconnects you. I even emailed them directly on the customer service portal.
Keep in mind, there is a 28 day return policy, and it has now been almost 2 weeks.
Truly disappointed by this company and their inability to respond to their customers via all possible platforms. I have purchased multiple pairs of shoes from them but this is my first time attempting to return anything. What a shame.
