I emailed them to book an appointment and they wrote back saying I cannot view the engagement rings in person and I cannot physically see the diamonds. They said they "mostly online." Whatever that means? They said they had a few settings in stock but why mention that if you cannot see them.

First of all, I would like to thank Joe for his professionalism and his willingness to bring my dream ring to life. From the beginning, I was assisted with the design and given expert advice to ensure the ring would be practical for daily use. The timeframe was exactly as described on the website, and the collection process was smooth with no issues.

My experience working with Joe Liebenberg was completely professional from beginning to end. Especially that the ring I ended up with was not what I thought it was going to be. He was good to his word, I returned the ring and he reimbursed me immediately. It gave me faith that there are still a few honest people out.

The ring was my design and I am clearly not good at visualising from a drawing.

Next time I order from Joe I will order one of his designs that I can see in his photos.

I recently purchased an engagement ring. From the selection of the diamonds to the design to the 3D model and finally the ring it as been a pleasant experience with clear lines of communication and expectations at every step of the way. Even when we had to render another 3D drawing, partly my fault. I also got the ring appraised and diamonds vetted against the certificates provided with an external gemologist - exteremly pleased with the valuation.
