Professional Craftmanship - A man of his word - Outstanding customer experience
Stellar service delivery by Joe. Put your faith and trust in SJ Gems, yes it is a one man operation however the quality of service is unlike any other as Joe prides himself in furthering the prestine reputation he has built for himself and his business.
I recently purchased an engagement ring. From the selection of the diamonds to the design to the 3D model and finally the ring it as been a pleasant experience with clear lines of communication and expectations at every step of the way. Even when we had to render another 3D drawing, partly my fault. I also got the ring appraised and diamonds vetted against the certificates provided with an external gemologist - exteremly pleased with the valuation.
From gemstones to jewerly design you can trust SJ Gems to not only deliever but also exceed your expectations. I am grateful for your efforts Joe definitely will not be my last purchase.

Great customer service, beautiful ring
I provided my own stone and SJ Gems set it in a beautiful ring for me. When it was time to propose, the ring was too big for my fiancé. The good folks at SJ were happy to resize it for me, and I had it snugly on my fiancés finger within a week.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience. Joe was very responsive and thinking along with the custom made earstuds as well the huge diamond ring for my wife. Turn around was quick and he even made it possible by bringing the ring to my office so I was able to surprise my wife with the gorgeous ring on our weddingday! Highly recommended and a customer for life!
