Efficiency, speed and professionalism is very impressive. The samples included is very exciting. The gratitude note is very welcome and unusual these days. The presentation box is fitting for a fabulous product. Although I would do without the box in favour of the products being cheaper. But overall, my experience with this company has always been excellent
