Smart Drainage Ltd Avis

Prompt, efficient and would recommend to all. Driver was very polite and also provided good feedback that the tank was working well

Nigel the boss came around within 24hrs of requesting a site visit. He was very thorough and guided us through the works with no pressure for a treatment plant and drainage to replace our out of date septic tank. We took up the work which was due to be done in Jan 2024. A couple of weeks later Nigel rang to say they had an earlier slot and we accepted. Work commenced two weeks later and I found that the work carried out was very efficient with a minimal amount of disruption. I would recommend Smart Drainage to anybody. Thanks very much to your team.

This is the second time we’ve used smart drainage. It turned out to be a little complicated but the team especially the 2 who came on the final day did a superb job, they used technology to resolve the issue and delivered exactly what we needed to sort out the issues and left us very happy listening to water flowing through the new drainage system . Great team great Company.

Excellent job. Carried out very quickly. Very professional company. Pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

Work was carried out comprehensively and on time. Can’t say better than that.

Nigel fitted us in for the next day when we needed an urgent septic tank survey that was going to hold up our purchase of a property. Report received same day - thank you Nigel much appreciated! Very professional and polite would highly recommend and report was very easy and clear to read with clear quote for remedial works included

The driver was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you

We had a new 'package treatment plant' (private sewage). They arrived when they said they would, did the work in the period advised, and left the site clean and tidy, in spite of the huge amount of disruption required during the works. The team (especially Pete & Darren) were polite, friendly, efficient and above all clearly very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t recommend smart drainage any more, I contacted them on the Wednesday for a home buyer septic tank survey, they visited the property the next day and provided the full report tue following day. Nigel was really helpful from start to finish, great customer experience received

Phoned them up in the morning and they were there the same afternoon.
The two guys were great and left everything clean.
Will definitely recommend this company.
