Have purchased from Smartseal a number of times over many years the products are good and prompt delivery on this occasion l only ordered the sample size tint but for some unknown reason a 500g tub arrived which I was charged for but refunded for the sample? but otherwise all was fine.

I recently placed an order with SmartSeal for their Green Clear 3 x 5L, and while I’m still waiting on delivery, I wanted to share my experience so far.

The product itself looks very promising. From the information provided, it’s a straightforward “spray and leave” solution designed to remove algae, mould and lichen from outdoor surfaces without the need for scrubbing or pressure washing, which is exactly what I was after.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. I had an issue accessing an email (entirely my own fault — I’d missed a letter in the address), but Joshua on live chat was excellent. He was patient, quick to respond, and sorted things out efficiently without any fuss.

So while I can’t yet comment on delivery or the product performance itself, the support experience has been spot on. If the product lives up to expectations, I’d have no hesitation using SmartSeal again.

This is the third time I have spoken to him and ordered the third different product, have previously ordered green clear (excellent on deckings) and xtreme patio cleaner and wet look sealer, this time I ordered porcelain cleaner. Always well explained and deliveries are spot on and received as promised.

Always order form smart seal. Have used the patio xtreme for the past 7 or 8 years. Always brings our patio up lovely, gets rid of the lichen and black spot as stated. So easy to use, and would recommend this product for sure. Have previously used other products, but doesn’t clean like xtreme does..

Excellent customer service. Had a delay due to the courier which was out of their control but they were making phone calls and helpful in dealing with the whole situation. Had used previously so knew the service was good. Very good knowledge, helpful and easy to deal with. Nice change to what you often get nowadays. Not yet had time to use the product due to inclement weather, but, based on previous usage, should give good results.

Bought this to bring our faded Indian Stone back up looking like new and boy has it done the job. It looks as good if not better than when it was first laid. We have now purchased another sealer from Smart Seal to do the same thing to the black slate we have at the front of the house.

Great results on printed concrete drive, first time resealing after 5 years & now looks back to new condition. Easy to follow instructions video on YouTube. Had a small issue with the broom supplied I messaged customer service team & had a call straight back with a replacement next day. Good old fashioned attention to detail company highly recommended.
