Block Paver Sealer Matt 24L for my large driveway. Ordered 1 tin instead of 2 tins by mistake with a discount. After i used 1 tin I tried to order the second tin but the discount had expired. Called Customer Service and Christie was excellent. She ordered the second tin and also gave me the discount rate, organised tracking info and it arrived 2 days later. The driveway is 14 years old and this is the 3rd time i have sealed it over this period. After cleaning and Sealing with Smart Seal it has come up like new again. Very pleased and my neighbours have been full of compliments.

I ordered some sealer for my patterned…
I ordered some sealer for my patterned concrete drive but needed some help with how much to order etc. Reese helped me through all the questions and tips with how to lay it. It was delivered on time with no problems. I would recommend Smartseal to anyone thinking about carrying out any similar work.

Outstanding customer service, and an excellent firm to deal with.
I am new to this product and asked Reece a lot of questions regarding the application of the concrete sealer, the amount needed, along with other products, such as anti-slip powder, etc. He was extremely well informed, very professional, and nothing was too much trouble for him.
Reece is an asset to the company.

Just finished my re-sealing, had a tiny problem, not requiring an urgent solution, posted a couple of photos and a query on the support email, hadn’t even made it as far as the kitchen for a cup of tea…phone rings, “hi there it’s Ricky from Smartseal” query sorted in 60 seconds and as I say it probably wasn’t that urgent! What can I say, Smartseal, great products, easy to use with loads of videos, hints and tips on the website. As regards customer service? Has to be “Simply the Best” (cue the music, thanks Ricky for your help.

Outstanding Products and Exceptional Customer Service
We have used Smartseal products on numerous professional cleaning and exterior restoration projects, and the quality has always been outstanding. The products are reliable, easy to work with and consistently deliver excellent results for our customers.
A special mention must go to Reece Kirwan, who always provides exceptional customer service. Reece is extremely professional, knowledgeable and approachable. He takes the time to understand each job and recommends the most suitable products, explaining how to use them correctly to achieve the best possible finish.
Having someone with that level of knowledge and experience available makes a huge difference. We cannot recommend Smartseal and Reece highly enough and will continue using their products for our future projects.
