Excellent service ordered my sealer it arrived the next day what outstanding service thanks.

The smart seal block magic appeared at first to work really well. For weeks during the summer heat there was not problem with it, looked great. As soon as it rained, the product started to come off. It's worth noting that is only comming off the aggregate in the pavers, the smooth shiney stones do not allow the paint to stick.

Now considering this product it made for old pavers, where you would expect this condition of pavers to have pitting, the product isn't really fit for purpose

I used the correct cleaners on the driveway before hand, spent 3 days cleaning it. It was perfectly dry before I applied the product (we were in a drought with heat waves). This is purely the fact that your are applying a paint to a shiney smooth surface (tiny stones in the paver) without a key, I can see how it would ever work. I feel a bit conned.

George at Smartseal was very helpful and came back to me quickly providing information and advice as to the best product to use for untreated concrete underneath a wood burning stove.

I used Smartseal silk to seal a block paved driveway. Very easy to apply and it solidified the sand between the blocks.
The water now runs of easily and no sing of weeds or algae. The soft sheen looks good too.

Have used both the Brick Sealer and the Grout Magic. Delivery was quick and both products are easy to apply and do exactly what they say. The Brick Sealer looks quite thin but applies easily with brush or roller, dries quickly and is invisible once applied, but it seals the bricks from all water ingress. The Grout Magic in both pale grey and dark grey and great colours, easy to apply (I used an old toothbrush) and the result was amazing, like a brand new tiled floor.

Fast efficient service good customer service time will tell if product is good if you need 5 ltrs buy 10 it doesn’t go far I would recommend this company

I have bought sealers and concrete imprinted drive materials from Smartseal for the past 12years and always received excellent service and customer support. Over the past year or so I had some issue with the appearance of my drive so as normal I approached Smartseal for help. Jake Aldridge, the Sales and Marketplace Manager helped me find the solution for fixing the appearance and I even received a phone call from Nigel Blake the Director who identified the issue.
