Received Fake Michael kors ladies watch after a week, should have received it 24hr tracked.Very poor communication when wanting to return it, paypal dispute opened for refund.Do not buy from them if you are after genuine brand items.

I bought watch Emporio armani ar5905.first issue was with delivery. It arrive 2 weeks late. He dispach my order after 9 days only because i open dispiute transaction on paypall. Anyway after few days i received bag of gravel worth nothink instead of Emporio Armani watch. Finally after 6 weeks i paypal refunded my money for this transaction. Stay away from this fake shop guys.

Giving my purchase 4 stars as the price I paid for a designer watch makes me feel like it must be fake,but truth be told wouldn't bother me if it was as it is a stunning watch,well made and comes with fab packaging and designer gift bag to put it in as a gift it is intended for,so if this keeps working over the next few years,except maybe change battery,ill be very happy...so time will definitely tell lol if I purchase from here again...hope so!

I've paid for 24h dispatch and Royal Mail delivery 2-5 days. After 8 bussines days i received confirmation from Royal Mail that they have received the item. They still haven't told me the reason for the big delay.

Now i want to return the product because it's not suitable for my needs, for video stream, they've asked photos of the unopened box and now they are not answering anymore.

Sent me the wrong item, actually a cheaper version of what I wanted, offered a voucher to order another while keeping the wrong one and now not replying to emails.

Very good product just took a lot longer than stated when purchased to receive.

Everything was as it was described and arrived in good time, can't fault all good!!!!!

The wrong item was delivered, informed the company and heard nothing back in over a week now, shocking service all round

It was everything as described . Packaging was secure and well presented and I could track the product and know where it was every step of the way. No scratches or buff marks product was as new.

Beautiful watch and my best friend loved it. Didn’t come in time which was a little disappointing but the product is beautiful. Will definitely order again

I haven't received my watch still being processed 10 days later I tried contact twice no response

I am still waiting for my refund.
It was due in full in July.
